Doctor, after my appointment on Thursday 12/5/2024 I must say the services that you provided left me less than satisfied and moreover your choice of words was insulting. To the point, I would like a full refund of 2,586.00 otherwise I will dispute the charges and write as many negative social media reviews and file with the BBB, warning other potential patients by sharing my story and lake of results. You suggested that Coolsculpting- nonsurgical fat reduction procedures would make my fatty areas specifically on my belly, and underarms look better. This is what your literature in the office solicited. From your website- "At Tomorrow's Wellness Center, we pride ourselves in being a Certified CoolSculpting Center of Excellence." "You can trust that we'll deliver the best CoolSculpting in NJ. Take it from our patients. The results are proven, noticeable, and lasting, so you'll look great from every angle." "CoolSculpting® Elite is a fat-reduction treatment for men and women who want to get rid of stubborn pockets of fat in certain areas of their body. CoolSculpting® is NOT a weight loss procedure. CoolSculpting® is a nonsurgical alternative that has little to no downtime. Cool Sculpting® is designed for men and women who live healthy, active lifestyles but struggle with stubborn fat deposits that resist diet and exercise. Nowhere in any of your conversations or in your literature does it say without diet or exercise this will not work. Your explanation for the procedure not working on me is because I gained 8lb's from the date the procedure was done. Your position is that the added weight negated the results the procedure would have shown otherwise. Funny, when you were selling me the service there was no mention of weight other than you advising the loss of fat would result in weight loss as well. Furthermore, prior to the procedure you advised that if the first round did not work then you would repeat the treatment at no charge, and if that did not work you would give me other options that you would go over if that situation presented itself. Not only did you not offer to repeat the procedure or offer any other alternatives, but your conclusion was, "my 8 lbs. of weight is the reason that the procedure did not work, and my only option was to lose weight and get healthy". For prospective when the procedure was done, I was about 146 lb. and when we did the follow up visit, I was about 154. Bottom line, I found your post procedure enthusiasm to be a completely 360 degree turn around once the procedure was completed. You offered no other procedures, as promised, and insulted me by telling me to "go lose weight and get healthy". Why was that not the conversation prior to the procedure or is your position that the 8LB weight gain was the reason the procedure did not work. Lastly, Dr. Scott Hernberg did make me feel uncomfortable making some creepy unnecessary peaks at my nude body parts. There was a female assistant in the room, but I did get an uncomfortable creepy feeling, and his perverted comments and sexual innuendos were not appreciated. I sent this complaint to the doctor's office with no response at all. The staff was condescending. They rushed me through the appointment and insinuated that I did not have the appropriate disposable income to afford their services. I have ample income and took my ample income elsewhere. DOGS IN ALL AREAS OF THE OFFICE AND ROOMS?????? Who wants dog drool when you go to a medical-type appointment? The staff petted the dogs before touching my face. And yes, I said something. Because of the non-refundable deposit required to schedule an appointment (that does not go towards the initial consultation fees), I had to purchase a product or forfeit the deposit (because I would never get other services from this practice). I had to exchange the product because it was very old. The consistency did not seem right so I called the manufacturer to ask what the consistency should be with fresh products. I started going to the center first off by using a certificate I had received. I had my services provided by Alana. She is extremely friendly and provides wonderful,knowledgeable care and information in her field of expertise. I went for a consultation about getting a skin peel. I have hyperpigmentation from a bad acne break out. I told them I wanted a peel and they said that I am not a good candidate because of the medication that I am on. They said they can't do laser, microdermabrasion, facials or peels for me, basically anything I was interested in was a no. Then they proceeded to tell me how bad my skin is for my age point by point. Well, that is just great considering you just said there isn't much you can do for me. Everything was negative, negative, negative. I would not recommend Dr Herberg either. It was a brutal appt. I went there because I was self conscious about my skin and walked out feeling even worse about it and no game plan to work on it. All of the services are fairly priced, and the professional staff only makes recommendations for services AFTER they have a consultaiton with you. They were having a promotion on Local Flavors and for half price I could have a beauty treatment. My next two appointments were for a epidermal leveling. I was absolutely ecstatic with the results and with the technique that Alana used to smooth my face and neck. I'm looking forward to my next appointment with Alana and would highly recommend her.
