When I came into Evans in Lockport, I was actually greeted by a happy teller who was more than willing to help me with any questions I had. I hope the app gets the update that is mentioned on their website soon because I would like to continue banking with Evans. Please put more branches in Lockport and surrounding areas! I don't like banks, so 3/5 is the highest I am ever going to rate a bank. I wouldn't say that M & T has been perfect, and there have been lots of times I've needed something and they haven't helped me out... and I despise the charges that they put on my account randomly when I use their ATM, without telling me I am being charged (for things like printing a statement), but other than that, I am very happy with them, because I've been using them for ages with very little problem... my card has never been canceled... or suspended... I've never had problems withdrawing money... I've always been given whatever cash I needed when I went in there... So all in all I would say that I am fairly satisfied with them, even though they chose the Baltimore Ravens stadium to sponsor (the Bills could have used that money!). Just remember not to withdraw all your money otherwise M & T Bank becomes an MT Bank! Edit: the servers are super friendly and managers are helpful, so I'll raise it to a 4, but I'm still very disgruntled about the fact that they charge me for printing receipts. But it's not this location's fault. It's a company policy. The manager who just replaced my credit card was particularly friendly. And even recognized me from Yelp!

For a college kid with a checking and savings account, you can't beat the service nor customer service. I have a hassle free checking account and a basic savings account. No charges unless my savings dips below 300 bucks. Best part of KeyBank are the tellers and managers. Big shout out to Frank Pieri, Lauren Zima, Andrew, Susanna, Judy, and Lisa. They always remember me and greet me like family. Only bummer about Keybank is that sometimes the ATMs are glitchy and don't accept my checks. I've found out the way to beat this is by ending the transaction and doing it a few more times. Usually that works. All in all, love love love my bank.

I've worked a lot with Buffy, who is just as adorable as her name suggests. We have had kind of difficult accounts in the past because my husband worked overseas for a while, but she helped me link up what needed to be linked, helped me get the right account for our needs, and was a champ when it came to having to do a notary signature for the same documents more than once because of an error on my part. After Northwest took over for First Niagara, this branch was so helpful during that rough two-day transition. My husband dealt with a girl (Christa/Krista) who also turned out to be a lifesaver for us. I feel like she went above and beyond on more than one occasion to save us money & help us figure out an error on our account. I truly appreciate that every so often I'll get a call from the security department to go through recent transactions, just to make sure things are the way they should be. Northwest offers online banking, deposits through their app, Apple Pay, and all the other great technological advances in banking. This bank is a prize in our community, and this branch specifically is worth bragging about. If you need a bank, I highly recommend Northwest.

They have an ATM and service here is pretty friendly, and I've used the ATM before, but they weren't helpful in the middle of the night at all.
