They answered all my questions and offering options and insights that I had not considered. I share a fence line with three neighbors. FTF gave me a detailed breakdown of what each neighbor's share would be. This made approaching my neighbors so much easier. They handled all permits and were great about keeping me updated. FTF threw out my old fence. They carefully cleared bushes and landscaping, preserving several that otherwise may have been removed. I removed four mulberry trees from the property and FTF coordinated and worked around the tree company with no issues. I especially appreciated how flexible Final Touch was--just prior to the start date I decided to add a small separate fence around my side door and an eight foot gate to allow for improved access to my backyard. These changes did not delay the project and the additional cost of these changes was very reasonable. Overall, my new fence exceeds my expectations and I am very happy. My three neighbors are happy and I have been getting compliments from passersby. I will be following up with final touch in three months to seal the wood when it is ready. I asked them to take my once single gate and turn it into a double gate. I read the other review and was concerned, but I had little choice. Another company called me back a week after I called but I had already chosen to go with Family Fence so I told them thank you and wished them well. My family fence experience: They were on time, organized, clean and professional. They took time to make sure I was happy with the job they did. They talked to me and made sure all my concerns were addressed. They even fixed it so my little dogs wouldn't escape while maintaining the quality of the gate. This will be long, so if you want the TL; DR: DO NOT USE! We had someone give us a quote and we decided to go with them. They called to say someone would be coming out Monday. No one showed. No one called to inform us of the delay. We called and the secretary said someone will be out the next day and she literally just hung up on us. Tuesday came and went with no one showing up again. We called to cancel but later that day they called begging us to keep them and knocked off a couple hundred bucks. They claimed they were having a hard time finding people to work, which made sense due to the Covid/unemployment situation. So on Wednesday they came and all was looking okay. The job was finished on Monday, but they left all of their garbage (old fencing, screws/nails, etc) on our property AND left our gate looking like this pictures posted. Not level, uneven, and absolutely unsafe. We can't let our dog in the backyard. Can't trust our toddler to be kept inside the yard. We called the owner and he agreed it looked awful and the garbage left behind was unacceptable. He stated someone would be coming out that day to haul away the trash and look at the gate. No one ever came. No one ever called. So now we posted a negative review on his Facebook page and he decides to block us. Apparently someone saw them and called to ask what was included in the price, which the owner Bob said hauling away old fencing/garbage was included. Then this person asked why he didn't haul away our job and Bob got loud with him threatening to "knock teeth out" and that he was part of a motorcycle gang. Go view the FB page "family Fence LLC" and see for yourself! It's absolutely incredible to me that this company won't stand behind their work. I have called multiple news outlets in hopes of getting our story out there and that no one else gets screwed like we did. Call Lowe's and your will get a better fence at a comparable price, with MUCH better customer service and no threats of violence. SHAME ON YOU, BOB FISHER!

First, the initial response to my request for a quote was prompt, which is always appreciated in the customer service realm. However, upon later research, I found their quoted price to be quite high compared to other local options. I felt pressured to pay in full upfront, which added to my hesitation. During the planning stages, I specified how the gate should swing outward, but it seems this instruction wasn't properly communicated. The technician who arrived for the installation was unsure if the entire fence or just a part was to be replaced, which caused confusion. The day the project was to begin, the crew arrived ready to dig but were unable to start due to the lack of proper flags marking the underground utilities (electrical, phone, WiFi, etc.). Unfortunately, the existing fence had already been taken down without confirming this crucial step, exposing a pond that was previously secured from children and pets. I appreciate their eventual decision to put up a temporary wire fence, which provided some peace of mind during this oversight. However, the delays continued. The flagging was incomplete, particularly in the backyard, which added yet more days to the project timeline. When the work did finally resume, it was frustrating to see only one person sent to dig the holes manually, suggesting a lack of adequate resources for the job. Additionally, there was a significant amount of excess product left in my driveway for several days, and while someone eventually came to pick it up, they were unable to remove the heavy metal fence from my backyard due to being short-staffed. This ongoing debris has become an even bigger issue, as I have reached out to Paramount at least three times for assistance with removal, but it remains unresolved after a week. In summary, while Paramount Fence delivered the product as promised and managed to install a temporary solution, the overall experience left much to be desired in terms of organization and communication. I would be open to revising my review positively if they could address the debris issue promptly and consider a reimbursement for the disruptive service that did not meet the promised quality.
