The crew showed up on the first available day to work as a couple of days of rain delayed the project, which was completely understandable. The project took 3 days to complete and we were very satisfied with the outcome. Only items stopping a 5 star review was a small miscommunication in showing up on day 2, but was rectified on day 3 and a small custom request that was unfinished that we were able to quickly address ourselves. All in all, the team did a really good job and the turnaround time was fantastic. Our salesperson was very communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way. I would strongly recommend White Tail Fencing based on our experience.

My father-in-law nearly rolled his ankle walking around our garage, so we decided that fixing the garage floor was a priority for safety reasons. Enter Creative Concrete Raising. My husband found this company through Yelp and inquired about their services, but since it was early winter and the ground was freezing, the company still came out to inspect the floor and give us a quote, and they put us on their queue for spring because their equipment had already been weatherized and put away. As soon as the weather warmed up, they called and came out to fix our garage promptly. I wish I had a before picture of the lip between the hemispheres of our garage floor because it must have been offset by an inch, and they were able to raise it up! They drilled holes and pumped limestone underneath the concrete to bring it up to an even surface. The manager Ken even mentioned that they could tell that underneath the concrete there were some hollow areas! Yikes! Thankful for their services and we will definitely be considering them again because we have more areas that need to be fixed! Surprisingly, they didn't try to upsell my husband on services, they quoted him and did exactly what he asked for. Great communication, timely service, and an overall easy transaction.

Craftsman Masonry worked on my chimney and touched up the mortar around my brick house. As other…read morereviewers have said, my general experience was that they were honest and hard working. The work was done on a hot August day. The weather prediction was that it was supposed to rain the next day. In spite of that, storms started popping up on the weather radar in the afternoon. The weather radar showed one of the storms tracking straight at my general area. At this point the last area to start working on was a window sill that would be opened up to the elements (in order to fix the surrounding mortar). I talked with the job supervisor several times about the approaching storm and my concerns about working on that window. He consistently told that it wasn't raining right now (he disregarded the weather radar that I showed him) and that the window sill wouldn't take long to do. When the weather radar showed that the storm was 30-45 minutes away, they still hadn't started to work on the window. Josh (sales) told me that it wasn't raining right now and that I would be charged for a return trip if I wanted to delay the window sill work. I felt like Josh also disregarded the weather radar. It wasn't until after that conversation that they started working on the window. Unfortunately they gouged the top of the slate window sill with their angle grinder, they chipped the front face of the slate window sill and a brick below the sill. The chaulking around the window sill was done on wet mortar so parts of it didn't adhere properly. I fixed the chaulk two days later. I can't fix the sill and brick problems. I feel that the last minute push to work on the window sill contributed to the mistakes I described. It would have been better if they had started the window sill earlier when I first started talking with the job supervisor about what I was seeing on the weather radar. Yes, it rained while they were working on the window.

One of the driveway slabs of concrete near the fence had a buried tree stump that prevented them from completing the job. Totally understandable. Kevin told me if I get rid of the tree stump he'll come and finish the job and give me a good deal when I'm ready. Again totally understandable. I foolishly paid him the total balance for the entire job even though they didn't do everything that was promised with the expectation they'd come back and finish the job they were paid for. Big mistake. I've been contacting Kevin for now over a year and half trying to get him to do the right thing and finish the work. He has upselled me on a new cost to get the remaining job done after I have already paid him. I reluctantly agreed because of the position I'm in and he still hasn't honored his commitment to completing the job despite me agreeing to pay him twice for the same job. He called me on the phone in November and gave me his word he would make it right. Still nothing. Just a repetitive cycle of ghosting and poor communication. The driveway is chipping already and flaking to the point I will have to pay for repairs on top of trying to get the job done. This job was done in July 2024. Very frustrating and downright insulting that this company doesn't honor their commitments and disappears on you. I paid 12k for the entire project and it is devastating when a contract company can't deliver on the work they promised but have no problem taking all your money from you. To these companies 12k may not seem a lot but to the everyday person like me who works a normal job this is a huge amount of money to spend that is taking me years off to pay, all with the job undone. All you ever ask is for people to do the right thing and this company hasn't. If I were a new customer I would have them sign a binding document that holds them to the entire scope of the project otherwise they might disappear on you like they did with me.
