Through research, I saw that Dustin was active in the community and looked at properties with an eye toward renovating and updating. Exactly what we wanted. We contacted Dustin and started working with him and Natalie. We gave them an idea of what we were looking for and when we would be visiting Meridian to look at properties. Dustin made himself available to work with us for an entire weekend in April. After an unsuccessful first day, we regrouped in his office and he suggested a few properties that we had discarded after looking online. He was right, our new home was one of the ones he suggested. Dustin was wonderful during the negotiation process -- even though one of his agents represented the seller. He and Natalie were responsive and helpful during the subsequent home inspection and closing. ( It's an Amana Brand with a 10 year warranty , I do NOT recommend Amana, ( Goodman MFG. ) which in my option , and now experience, isn't a company I'll deal with in the future. Tew is easy to contact and he will get back with you right away. At first Tew tried hard to get unit repaired quickly but employees started to get tired and at a loss of what to repair next ! UPDATE::: ( August 11,2017 ) We have continued to have problems with unit and Doug Tew wants to try & replace one more thing, the reverse valves,, there has been a lot of repairs and parts replaced that nothing is working. This will be the last thing! ( we've waited over a week for this last part !! ) All of this has been ridiculous! I'm going to have Goodman replace the piece of junk!!

Showed and explained everything in detail and took picture to explain exactly what he noticed or found. All details good or bad he went over before even doing his report, which I got back in a timely manner. A very detailed report and highlights of everything he spoke about at the home. Mr. Simmons going in such great detail on the home inspection stopped me for maybe having to spend thousands in later years. I would definitely recommend this company!
