They knew what to look for and scheduled me for 7 am to ensure if we had issues, they'd have time to address them. We were greeted with an energetic, "You made it!" I gave them an update on a brake noise that developed 600 miles earlier. By 9 am, the mechanic sent me a video of her findings, three missing bolts in a new caliper installed in Maine. She secured replacement bolts, installed with lock-tight and properly torqued them. When we picked up, they informed of checking all belts and fluids and torquing all four tires. They also insisted we have the tires torqued again after 150 miles. Great assistance and we were on the road to Bozeman.

Two and a half years later and the rear-end has failed…read more After they completing the work on the front end of my vehicle a plug was left disconnected up by the front left firewall which prevented my A/C from working. The breather tube was not connected behind the filter and pushed down where it was hard to see that it was disconnected. It cost me $200 to find out why the A/C wasn't working and I put nearly 1000k on the vehicle before discovering the disconnected hose. Terrible shop with the worst mechanics, I was deployed and my ma wanted to do something nice for…read moreme. She took the truck to the shop and they were supposed to fix the rear main seal and the water pump. They proceeded to tell her it wasn't the rear main seal and that we needed a new oil pan. Charged her for what should've been a gold plated coil pan and then they didn't connect the air intake properly and also jammed the mass airflow sensor in sideways. When I had gotten my truck back after deployment it was gasping for air we found the air leak and fixed that particular problem. However I ignored that it had a new rough idle and it just threw code for both banks and that's when I noticed the mass airflow sensor. whoever the mechanic that worked on my vehicle should never be allowed near a vehicle again. The amount of items he was negligent towards not to mention the lack of finesse with the parts he reapplied show he does not have what it takes to be a mechanic. I was so mad initially with how I got my truck back i didnt ever want to acknowledge my truck went to that shop I now regret not taking it back and forcing them to fix what they had done.
