Had to go here to fix some legal paper work. You do have to go through a detector like at the airport. Then to check in you use a kiosk (see photo) and you get a number letter like "C301." But they are not printed consecutively so you need to pay attention or check the monitors for what numbers have been called. The people there are very friendly and helpful. I have been there twice now and both times the people have been very helpful because legal paperwork can be confusing. Since you have to go, not a bad option.

We did our usual check in at the kiosk and received a number for help. The agent was 15 minutes late for the scheduled appointment. He was swift and efficient. My friend had questions but he said he didn't have time. I didn't think that was right especially that he kept us waiting, I understand there are other customers who need help but don't dismiss those who have a few questions. He called the next customer so we had no choice but to leave. They have their own parking lot

I have been retired since May 8 and have been dealing with Social Security. Making sure I had all the documentation that I needed to be successful. I was so proud of myself getting everything I needed together to be told that it was invalid because I had removed a staple to make copies for my home before I turned over certified documentation, making sure that if I needed the information it would be easier for me. What is this appointment? How rude, he could've just explained to me tthat's the new rule that you can't remove a staple, I made an exception this time. Or at least explain to me that they would give me time to get the documents again coming from a different state overall, the situations been resolved.
