Beyond incompetent! Sent my Christmas cards out thru this post office. They ran all my envelopes…read morebackwards and upside down. Returned all of them stating no stamp was on them. Over 40 envelopes. I even bought my stamps from this same post office weeks before. Over 40 cards, over 40 stamps, my time, my gas! I took these to the post office and handed them to the clerk. Even going back to the post office and showing them their mistake they refused to take them back, saying I must redo everything. It's your job to mail our envelopes. If you make a mistake, you all should own up to it. I have attached two pictures. One with the front of the envelope and one of the back of the envelope. Both showing the post office stamp. From the first day I went to this location til current date my experience and expectations have been above and beyond. Every individual I work with remembers my name, is extremely helpful, friendly and they get me through in a very timely fashion. They're very upbeat and optimistic no matter how busy it tends to get there and it makes every visit extremely enjoyable.
