She's been uber-communicative, transparent, and helpful through every step so far. Inlanta was the first place I reached out to, and not the only one. When I first bought a house I didn't shop around, but like the idea of seeing what all is out there. One other local company I reached out to was good too, but not nearly as responsive as Cindy. In fact, she even texts when something is immediately pressing which I really appreciate. One area of improvement would be with the uploading secure files through their website. It kept glitching out and took well into the night for us, vs. another that was more user-friendly. The whole process when buying a home is always a healthy blend of stress, excitement, nerves, fears, etc. but it's nice to have someone who is available when you need to talk through anything.

After 13 years as a customer, I closed my checking account on 5 Feb 2021 and showing a withdraw and…read morea cashiers check for the amount. On 25 Feb 2021 It shows I have an overdraft with fees. The account had been closed for two weeks and I have documentation of this. It was closed with a money market account at the same time. I have been sent random text from a lady named Karen Arnold saying they made the cashiers check out for more than I had at the time. She has not given me any documentation and apparently re-open my account without my consent. Fraud services has been contacted about this branch now.
