In fact, she even texts when something is immediately pressing which I really appreciate. One area of improvement would be with the uploading secure files through their website. It kept glitching out and took well into the night for us, vs. another that was more user-friendly. Despite Ryan's assurances TWO DAYS BEFORE CLOSING I was told I would not be able to close because the appraisal contracted by Mutual of Omaha did not meet their standards. Be aware, be very aware. I was left high and dry right before closing that I was not able to close. This is my 22nd home purchase and I have never, ever seen anything like this.

Without a Realtor in hand, we called the listing agent of houses for showings. No one stood out...until Amy. We just clicked with her. It was clear she was different. It ended up not being our time to sell. She was invaluable in all aspects of getting our own house ready to sold, even though it took the better part of four years to get our house ready (and the market in a better place).
