First time working with Hindons Auction House. My bidding experience online was fun. Everything I…read morepurchased was exactly as described. When the auction is over you pick up your items at 640 S Al Ridge Road. The address is in Oakboro but it feels like you are really in Red Cross. Regardless, the have specific hours to pick up your winnings. It got a bit hectic when a lot of people were there. After you pay for your items you give the worker your list of items to retrieve. By the time I left there were so many people I don't know how they managed who was next because everyone was standing idle throughout the barn. They really need a better way of transitioning from payment to pickup. Once we got back in the car we watched for a while because we quickly noticed that everytime someone left the barn (mostly men) they all had a big smile on their face. The auction was mostly sports memorabilia so you can imagine how happy they were. I thoroughly enjoy the experience and will continue to participate in their Auctions.
