Both times I have gone (neither one by my choice, but with the rest of the wedding party on the request of the bride), they have massacred the hairstyle I asked for to the point that it has not even remotely resembled what I was looking for. And I even had pictures with me of what I wanted. The second time I ended up with some kind of strange puffed out 80s style bangs that continue to send shivers up my spine when I remember them to this day.
