I am so glad we stumbled upon this spa while visiting Lake Jackson!! I was here visiting my family and running a half marathon fun run. My toes were in dire need of some TLC. I'd recommend calling ahead of time and making an appointment. Loved the variety of nail colors. I found a red glitter polish for my toes that I love. Massage chairs were on point and cozy. Prices are pretty on par with other salons, not super cheap but good & fairly affordable. The V-day decor was over the top but fun and very festive. Try their fruity wine punch while they do your service. I would come back here for a spa pedi the next time I'm in town. read more

Went for a manicure, the dude soaked my hand for 2 seconds before attempting to trim my cuticles. He didn't put anything on my cuticles to soften them. I trim my own cuticles so there's nothing to trim. Then he painted my nails.... No massage, no cuticle oil, nothing. They were going to charge me $20 for a manicure when all he did was get my fingers wet and paint them with regular polish. When I told the front desk woman what happened, she called the dude over and tried to argue with me about it. I explained if he had done a manicure why was I back there for a total of 15 minutes and half of that was waiting for him? So I paid for the polish only and left. I'm a pretty good tipper usually as well, 50%-100%. They missed out. My niece got a full set, and the lady that did her nails didn't speak any english at all, and was rude as well. It's super disappointing when you want to pamper your self a little and get that kind of terrible service. Will be looking for recommendations for a place that does the service they say they are going to do and are not rude. read more

Also has not ever pressured me to pay for xtra fancy things. -----On the other hand... the lady up front is always so rude!!! Shes hispanic and has blond highlight hair. Just left with my mom and daughter. Unfortunately Tony's is more concerned with up charging and getting you in and out verses providing quality or comfort. They were not busy at all, but yet I spent $160 in less than 30 minutes. My nails actually look great, but my ankles are still rough and cracked, and my daughter of course ruined hers before she even got out of the salon. I wish they would have taken the time to walk her over to the dry station instead of just leaving her. They have great color choices, but I most likely wont go back unless I can make an appointment with Jessie. read more

I really used to like this place. It has a fancy vibe that was great when you brought your friends over to have pedicures with. It's still clean and fancy looking which I appreciate, and I was even OK with their price increases, but what I hated was my nail technician trying to upsell me the entire time. It's fine if you want to ask or even explain to me about gel or acrylic or whatever upgrade at the beginning, but when I clearly know what I want (and yes, I am the basic, classic spa pedicure with no extra fancy frills because it's already a treat to be there) you trying to upgrade me every step of the way is exhausting and unappreciated. My nails at are so sore and ripped up with massive rashes today from a Mani yesterday. I got SNS which I normally do but I haven't had a nail salon hurt my fingers this badd in a long time. The pedi was fine, the staff were nice and the punch was awesome...but I honestly cannot even straighten my thumbs at this point. This place was meh. From the outside it doesn't seem so great, but it looks very nice on the inside. The nail technicians were very clean and sanitary which I'm super anal about; from working in the medical field. Each tub gets it's own sanitary cover that they remove after your use. There is a huge spectrum of colors to chose from, mostly OPI, and other quality brands. While you are getting your nails done they treat you like a princess by serving you a glass of tasty pink punch. I have no idea what the hell's in it but it's delicious. Um, can I have another? Three stars given because my nail technician cut me twice, once on my toe cuticles and my finger. Ouch, not cool. This one star is for two reasons... The first and most important reason they are getting just one star is that they have a fish tank when you first walk in - I don't know the size of the tank as far as gallons go, other than it's about 4 feet by maybe a foot and a half, and there is far too many fish cramped in, and a few large one's all living squeezed in this tank; it is inhumane! This, combined with the white girl at the front counter who is clueless - just sat there and looked at her phone the entire time I was asking questions about getting a manicure/pedicure. The only saving grace for those who couldn't care less about animal cruelty is that the pedicure was decent, but my left thumb on my manicure smudged 1/2 hour after I left - she obviously put too much polish on. $55 for mani/pedi - I have much better for a lower price. read more

I would not recommend this nail salon if you want your service done right the first time. The paint job on my toe nails was terrible, it was thin, splotchy and not glossy. 3 hours after I left the polish was not dry and smudging right off. Went back to let them know that I was very unhappy and would like my money back. They do not offer refunds. They offered to redo my polish. I did not want my nail polish redone when it should have been done right the first time. When you spend your time and your money for a service it should be done correctly the first time. Owner was not apologetic and only offered to redo or give me a gift card to come back. No thanks, I don't want to waste my time with poor service. read more

I came in to get a color change refill. The technician did not take all of the first color off and then proceeded to put the other color on and you could still see the first color through my nails! I was so embarrassed to have anyone to look at them! Then the manager made it seem like it was my fault that I should have said I wanted a full set instead of a refill. But why would I need a full set if I already had one? I was so unhappy, they still charged me $45 but they gave me $15 credit that I will never use because I am not going back. This is my second time accompanying my coworker to this salon. I was pleased with the outcome both times. The salon is clean and open. They have several stations to allow them to service a good number of customers. I really like that they use covers on the pedicure tubs to increase the cleanliness of the process. I didn't have it this time, but they offer a punch that's pretty tasty. Most places stick with water or soda, so this is a definite plus. Lately I have been into shellac manicures and they have a good selection to choose from. My nail tech, Cindy, was patient with my indecisiveness over color and designs for my nails. She also took her time which I appreciate since I have fussy cuticles and have been cut in the past. I'm not ready to give up my regular salon which is close to my home, but this is a great alternative near work. read more

This place was great! The outside doesn't look very inviting, but the inside was a surprise. I was greeted by a friendly host and was helped in a timely manner. She offered me a drink while I waited, which by the way was actually a really good drink. It was punch mixed with some white wine I think. I liked the aroma of the whole place. It didn't smell like acetone like most nail salons and the massage room also didn't smell like gross oil smells. The place was clean and neat. Service was great. After my pedicure they offered to do my nail for $15 which is what I heard with accent of course never did I think it would be $50!!!! Just for nails! I love to come to Tony's. The place is very clean and pretty inside. They serve this awesome punch but always put so much ice you on get a couple of sips out of a cup. Some of the workers will listen when you ask for very little ice and some will not. Now for the pedi, they have a good selection of polish colors and do a decent job. I would not say I have ever received a great pedi here but they are usually adequate. I come for the ambiance. I have ingrown toe nails and they either don't get it out or they hurt me and make my toes bleed. My tech today really hurt me. As much as I like this place I am going to have find one person and stick with them or find another place to go. read more

This establishment was not clean in general. The lady that did my husband's pedicure cleaned the foot scrubber with soap on a scrub brush and rinsed it with his dirty water. She then proceeded to clean his area with his used towels. I did not see her go back once we were done. My tech and his also rinsed our legs with the dirty water instead of turning the faucet back on. My tech rushed throughout the whole pedicure and his tech kept pushing for us to get more expensive services. read more

My husband and I both had a deluxe pedi & mani & I got shellac he had them buff his nails. We both enjoyed it very much. The massage was awesome and their drinks were yummy also. So I usually have really good experiences here, although my most recent one was unsatisfactory. We started out getting pedicures as usual. The lady doing my toes was not gentle (I've had ingrown toenail surgery on both sides of both of my big toes so they're pretty sensitive) and I asked her multiple times to be more gentle. That was frustrating. My mom and I also noticed that our pedicures were super rushed this time instead of taking the normal amount of time to complete them. They weren't very busy so it's not like they were in a rush to get us finished so they could seat more customers. Then we moved over to get our nails done. I choose to do the dip manicure as usual. She filed down the top layer of my old dip polish and then started to attempt to rip off that same layer. That is super painful. I stopped her and asked if we could do the soaking method first. Also, please note that while filing off the old polish with the automatic filer, she cut my thumb in the process to where it started to bleed. She also filed my nails way too short. She was just filing away and didn't bother to ask for the length I preferred. I noticed too late so that also irritated me. Not so sure I'm interested in coming back after this visit. read more

The past several times I've been here, I felt as if the technicians were rushing. During my most recent visit, she did not trim my cuticles, hardly scrubbed my feet, and the polish job was sloppy. I love their punch, but I will not be returning until the quality of the services matches their prices. Also, the nail technician "Phillip" is extremely unfriendly and makes it seem as if you are a burden. He should not be working in the service industry. read more
