Great service and my nails looked great the day of. Two days later the top coat is peeling off of my dipped nails. I am going back tomorrow to have them fixed cause I don't feel that the top coat should be coming off within three days.

Not a great ending to our 'Dad & Daughter day'. They didn't have a zero star rating so here's a pic of the damage

Tom did my fill in and pedicure, he was AWESOME!!!! I love the atmosphere. Great vibes. Don't forget to get a massage. I tried the hot stone massage. Emily, was great. Never had service like it. I'll definitely be back. Oh yeah, make sure you try the punch!

Great, friendly service! Reasonable prices and tasty wine punch. Everything was clean, and they've put up plexiglass between everyone.

Horrible! Shellac literally started lifting & peeling 2 days after having them done.

Worst shellac ever! Started lifting 2 days later! Waste of money. I'll never go back. I was told they refill bottles-may be true since it acted like regular nail polish.

    Beautiful work by Vivi.

I walked in and they greeted me. My nail tech was ViVi and let me tell y'all. She did not disappoint. I showed her 2 pictures and she chose the best for me. Everything was spot on. She didn't cut me at all! Vivi was sweet and attentive. 10/10 would recommend seeing Vivi.

My nails at are so sore and ripped up with massive rashes today from a Mani yesterday. I got SNS which I normally do but I haven't had a nail salon hurt my fingers this badd in a long time. The pedi was fine, the staff were nice and the punch was awesome...but I honestly cannot even straighten my thumbs at this point. It's going to take a few weeks for them to heal and not look wrecked for Valentines. I'm from Austin and visiting LJ to see family and I'm so sad the mani was so bad. I would not do my nails here again. But...really good punch though ;)

Take a good look and look at how unnaturally thick and crusty these are.

One star because there is no option for ZERO. The nail polish was watery, and the man FILED my nails AFTER a gel manicure, so they're all scratchy and the color he applied was taken off. I'm now left with the most sloppy, grainy manicure I've ever gotten. Thanks for giving me the shittiest manicure I could have ever fathomed for my graduation, Tonys!

Anna did a beautiful job on my Christmas nails . She always does a beautiful work. Takes her time and they always come out just like I like them.

This place was meh. From the outside it doesn't seem so great, but it looks very nice on the inside. The nail technicians were very clean and sanitary which I'm super anal about; from working in the medical field. Each tub gets it's own sanitary cover that they remove after your use. There is a huge spectrum of colors to chose from, mostly OPI, and other quality brands. While you are getting your nails done they treat you like a princess by serving you a glass of tasty pink punch. I have no idea what the hell's in it but it's delicious. Um, can I have another? Three stars given because my nail technician cut me twice, once on my toe cuticles and my finger. Ouch, not cool. Overall the paint looks very well done, but I can't get over the fact that I was cut twice.

I believe she definitely knows skin care. Anytime my face decides to have a freakout she can determine the problem and address the issue. I have started a series if ResurFX (laser) under my eyes this week. Initially, red and puffy but subsided by days ended. On the first treatment she isn't extremely aggressive so that she can she how your skin will react. Mine did perfectly! Can not wait to finish my treatments and see the results. Note: my skin is not new to laser or potinant retinols. That being said, i know what to expect and know my skin will rejuvenate with great results. Going full throttle ahead with laser on anyone is not the best option and Rainey knows this and applies this professional knowledge in her treatments. I love giving her my business. They sell Elta MD sunscreens which i love. The one of the few that doesn't break me out. They also sell grande lash which i have seen a remarkable difference in my lashes only using a few times a week. The skin care products are skinsuticals... OK, my skin is not a fan of this line. Ofcourse like anything, skin care products are not a one size fits all. She knows the brand I use and evens says my skin looks great and never pushes the products she knows I'm not a fan off. However, i have purchased occasional scrubs and mask from the line that does work for me. My point is .. no high pressure sells. I do wish they offered more variety and could become a medical spa with treatments i tend to go to Houston for. There is some very good technology out there that is just not offered in Lake Jackson. Also, pricing for some treatments are definitely more expensive than Houston area. I drive to Houston daily so the drive to save a few $100 is not a deterrent for me personally. I wish they would have monthly specials. As i have 3 business in Houston area that send out and email and text with monthly specials at the first of each month. These are typically reduced fees on specific services for that month. When i see specials on changing Reflections Facebook page it always is for packages that are a bit costly for an impulse buy and there are post that state " call or come by and ask about our specials". I work a very busy job in Houston and i don't typically have time to call or come by that day/week. I would suggest email monthly specials and flash sales. All that can be prepurchashed over the phone and used at a later date. Some other businesses i basically have a bank of prepurchashed services that do not expire. I love this and wish CR offered the same. I would like to see some variety in skincare. Nobody in LJ sells skinmedica... hint hint I 100% recommend this place.

I booked a treatment for my birthday yesterday and maybe my mistake was booking later in the day, it seemed like nothing had been refreshed. No sugar for the tea, i had to get up to find water since there were empty serving pitchers. A gentleman came in right after me and was served champagne while I had to get up AGAIN and asked to be served champagne. The woman who did my treatment was really sweet so that made up for it some but I wouldn't say the front desk was the friendliest. Would not book again and regret spending my birthday treat at this spa.

This "tip" was for what, exactly? The service was nonexistent. Not one single time in the 2 hours we were using the facilities (BEFORE our massage) did a single staff member check in on us except the initial walkthrough. We had to serve ourselves completely: The cold towels were not stocked. The razors were empty. My wife sat in the relaxation lounge for 40 minutes, but no one ever came to provide her neck warmer. She had to get up and dig through cabinets to find it herself. (As did I) I had to walk the halls in my robe just to find an employee to restock the cold towels and razors, and again just to get our water and champagne refilled. After our massage, the amenities were empty all over again. The facilities are broken. The steam room was dark with lights out, and one of the showers did not work. The staff was rude and incompetent. When we first tried to walk in, we were told it was "too much of a hassle." We called twice to schedule and clarify our order, and they still got it wrong when we arrived the next day. When we finally left, not one person at the front desk acknowledged us, said thank you, or asked how our service was. Our masseuse, Miss Holly, was the only professional person in the entire spa. She deserves to work at a better establishment. This spa is part of the larger Hotel Galvez, and our entire stay was a catastrophe that brought my new wife to tears. The management is rude, the rooms are broken, and the billing is deceptive. We are deeply saddened that a place that was once special to us (I proposed here: https://youtu.be/Ldo23DDiyn4) has completely collapsed. Do not waste your money here. We expect corporate management to take extraordinary steps to make this right.

Light snacks, like cranberries and nuts are provided along with hot tea options, and citrus flavored water. The space is very nice. There are locker rooms with plush spa robes and complementary slippers. The locker room has two steam showers if you want to wash yourself after your massage. They also provide hair products to try as well as a Dyson hair dryer. I was definitely very impressed with the luxurious feel of the spa, however, was turned off by the receptionist who checked me in - her robotic, transactional nature was starkly juxtaposed against the warmth of the spa. I noticed she was the same with all customers so it wasn't personal but interaction with her was unsettling. I booked the 60min signature hydrafacial and the esthetician was welcoming and willingly customized my facial based on my requests. No major issues encountered but I noticed we started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early so I thought marketing it as a 60min experience was a bit misleading. Also note the 60min Signature Hydrafacial does not include any hand/neck massages nor boosters nor light therapy so the $285 price was much more expensive than my usual spa. I will not return for another facial but may try massage in the future. We also booked pedicures and again the space is beautiful!! We were given a palette to select colors and the ladies were extremely friendly! My toes came out adorable! I found the seating to be very uncomfortable for a short person despite many pillows placed behind me for support so I honestly struggled to enjoy the experience but the space was very nicely decorated and clean looking. We were offered tea and snacks at the beginning as well. Overall, this was a very nice spa. I found it fairly expensive and overpriced, but I recognize beautiful spaces have a cost and that's what I should've expected in the River Oaks area. There is complementary validated parking!
