From the beginning Michael returned my call, came out and gave me a fair and honest quote to complete the job. We discussed some options, like leaving some wood for our fireplace, agreed on a price and they were here within a day. (I lucked out and caught them at a good time) I had basically 6 trees that needed to be taken down (two split), along with trimming some large branches hanging over our home. One of our oaks was old, split and partially hollowed out. This large oak was between our new home and garage and was dangerous. Needless to say, Michael and his crew got the tree down within the day and cleaned up. Zero damage to anything. The next day (today), they took down 5 other trees that needed to go. Again, they did an outstanding job and they were amazing to watch when I had some free time. Because of the snow, it's difficult to clean up all the saw dust, but they have done a great job at cleaning up branches and the dust they could get at. They even picked up small twigs on my roofline. Anyway, this company is safe, professional and detailed . Michael kept me informed at the beginning of the project and at the end of the day to let me know what his next plan of attack was. They called me back with in a timely manner and they were able to come by the same day. The two gentleman were early when they got to my residence. I was not home at the time, they waited for me to get there. As soon as I got there they got right to work fixing the noticeable issues with the door, rails, springs and cables. They were able to fix the issues with my door by putting some new parts that they had on my door. The two gentleman work into the evening nearing 6 pm fixing all the issues with the entire door. This business is on Highway 48 just north of Haugen…read more It's got a large selection of mulch, trees, ornamental plants, and all manner of goods for landscaping. I came here a couple years ago and dropped a few bills on plants to landscape my parents place. I had a plan made up by a master garderner and no idea what I was doing. The staff was super helpful, pretty much held my hand and helped me select what I needed. If they didn't have the specific plant they were able to suggest a suitable substitute. And it all turned out great, everything for the most part has survived and thrived. With the exception of one plant, but that was mostly because of poor placement planning on the master gardener's part. Oh and I bought two burning bushes which have done quite well, I was a little disappointed that they didn't burst into flames and give me any messages from God, but I guess I'm not Moses so that was an unrealistic expectation.
