While placing our order with spicey chicken, we was told we would wait 50 minutes, taking into account it was a saturday night and is probably the busiest night, we still was shocked at how long we would have to wait, but was starving so accepted it. For the next hour we received 4 or 5 phone calls asking to check our post code. We was told in one of the phone calls the post code was wrong, which annoyed us as we clearly knew where we lived and found it disgusting that we were receiving the blame for our food duration. On the final phone calls the driver would ask me questions but then talk over my answers which I found rude, and ignorant. Its no wonder he didn't know what he was doing. The last phone call consisted of me having to physically leave my house and walk to the street sign of the street prior to mine to tell the driver where to turn, I had to leave two young children in my house while doing so, understandable it wasn't longer than a couple of minutes but it is something that I should definatly not have had to do! Once the food eventually arrived I explained how angree I was with the service I'd received. I passed the food to the girls to check if it was cold, the man shouted through ' you could microwave it ' this fueled my anger towards the situation even more. We ended up paying 6 pound less for our food, so was compensated this way, but we didn't eat it, it was disgusting quality, some was cold, and the chicken tasted dry and vile.
