I have been calling and leaving detailed voicemails to request to honor the warranty that came with my tint for well over a year now. The entire front window is peeling badly. I only used water to clean it as I was advised when the tint was first applied. I don't live close anymore, so it is important to coordinate an appointment over the phone so I can make the trip and set aside time for things to go smoothly. I really didn't want it to come to this and was initially excited to get some quotes for some additional work as my wife's car was fine and this could have just been a freak accident. My red line was that I confirmed the phone number the warranty, google maps, yelp and even having a family member drive by to take a picture of the phones be number displayed from the outside of the business. Even after spending over a grand with this business and patiently calling for over year on a monthly basis to leave polite and detailed voicemails about this matter, I wasn't even given a call back, let alone a fix or partial comp to go somewhere else and fix it.

I went to get my rear window Re-tinted because over the years it had started to peel and was beginning to be blurry. Tony has the best deals on tinted windows. I have taken several of my vehicles over the years for his service. Quality work and the wait is not too long. The average wait is between 2-3 hours depending on how many windows you are getting tinted. Plenty of eateries not far from the location if you wait for your vehicle. Note: Lifetime warranty on tint so keep your receipt if you have any problems. Tony will replace your tint for free with your receipt.

Hands down the worst tint job on my Bolt EV ever. Came here from a recommendation. So sorry I did. Tint doesn't come up all the way on side windows and back hatch window cutting is horrendous. The only reason I'm not taking it back to them to make it right is that GM bought back my car. $240 down the drain. Yes, I did notify them and they did say they would "make it right". But it should have been done right in the first place.

Got my tesla tinted today for a really good price other places were going to charge 500$ and above these guys were professional and quick and the tint looks amazing.

Place is cool. Little spot tucked in the corner of arrow hwy and Irwindale. Prices are great especially if you have cash. They do quick work and should last a few years if you take care of it. One car I had lasted about 3 years and then bubbled a bit in the back window. Which is fine for what your paying for. Keep up the good work.

Just bought a brand new Subaru 21' and I had to get my tinting done so I went to Tony's the gentlemen who were working there were Carlos and Juan. Little attention to detail. They left multiple noticeable air bubbles on the film. They also weren't following covid guidelines as for wearing a mask in and outside of everyone's vehicles. Other than that good costumer service overall. read more

This guy's are great they work with you with the prices I got my nissan titan always around tint plus the windshield I got a Sony double din plus a subwoofer (2) 12" audio control epiccetener 2 amps for highs an bass they hook it up looks clean plus capacitor no wires hanging out very clean job I recommend you guys check out shop read more

Holy shit! $120 for all windows. That 5 Windows. Oh wait, only need the three back windows done. $100. How in the heck does that work? $10 per side window that would be $40 and $80 for the rear, right? WRONG! They couldn't explain it. Needs some math classes here. Oh wait, he said, "cause of the level of work." Hmmmm. Front windows are same as back. Update: just like other review, temper just came out. I wish you would have been this helpful when I called. It's unfortunate I have to write this because Tony seems like a nice guy. I brought a 2018 vehicle into their shop, the tint itself looks good but they scratched the plastic parts located on the inside front area of the window, on one side it's slightly off, not fully in place. Brought my new 2016 Tundra for window tint they said to come back in 2 hours that it would be done by then came back after two hours and had to wait an additional 1 1/2 hrs. They left bubbles in my tint and a piece of hair in between the glass and the tint film. Had to bring it back to get it fixed. Yet the owner says i'm misleading his customers by this review. Thats what yelp is about. So other customers don't go through what I went through a waist of my time. So he wants me to upload a proof of work and invoice. He removed the tint took the invoice back and Returned my money. Why would he have returned my money ? ? ? Because the tint was not installed correctly... 15+ Years of experience. Just bought a new bolt, decided to tint all the windrow, researching for great value with service, I guess I found it around Covina. Call yesterday to ask about price, $120 for all windows except windshield, lowest price around the neighborhood for sure, this price include five year warranty and even with the small window on the front, other places they charge $30 for the small windows, finished within two hours. This guy is honest, and know what his doing for sure, I am coming back for my other car! Felt like found a hidden gem ! read more

Recently took my girlfriends 2015 toyota corolla for window tint for all 5 windows went with 35% in the front and 15% in the back my total was $120 took about 2 hours all in all satisfied with the service only did one year warranty hope i made the right decision but they also do lifetime as well. I wonder if I can pay extra now to switch to the lifetime warranty?? But all in all satisfied will do follow up review in the coming weeks read more

Tony came through Again! 2015 Camry SE. This is like my 5th car now that i have had Tony tint for me and atleast 3 Of my friends car too. I met Tony back in 2008 when I was working at the Dealer and we needed a tint guy to fix some peeling tint on a Bentley Gt. Tony came out, replaced the tint and everything was matched and perfect, no marks on the door panels. Ever since that day he has been my tint guy! He was only mobile then and his reputation has grown and his business too, the only tint shop I use. No fancy decals put on your car, NO BS just good work. I was able to drop my car off during my lunch break and was able to get it a few hours later (since they were a bit busy). The quality is great but what i liked more was how Carlos took his time explaining the difference between the different types of tint, staff is very friendly and everyone provides great customer service. Great overall service! I got my tint done over the weekend and also referred my cousin to get her vehicle done the following day. Took about 2 hours which gave me time to go up Santa Fe Dam for a jog. No appointment needed and fairly priced. He uses Suntek which I was skeptical about because I never heard of it, but did a few online research and found no major issues. I received confirmation that the pricing would be $150 for this brand, but when I got there he mentioned it was $150 for the other (possibly more generic) brand. I can't confirm which was used since I wasnt there, let's just hope for the best. read more

This review is about a year old, however, they aren't customer friendly. Long story short, he got mad that I tried taking off my own tint. I successfully removed 4/5 windows. Once he learned I did that, he literally gave me attitude and told me "now you made it harder for us" with an attitude. So I made it easier by just taking my business elsewhere. The shop I ended up going to had no issues and no complaints about the tint that was left. I will definitely not use is place in the future and will stop recommending them. I don't need to be scolded read more

Prior to having my tint done here at Ace tint and ppf I had a horrible experience at a local shop that said they were 3M authorized but never gave me a warranty from 3M. If you have 3M window tint you know what I'm talking about. The tint shop will give you their shop warranty but 3M is also supposed to give you one. I wasted time and money at that other shop but hey, you live and you learn. Don't do what I did, go with someone who has years of experience and will not sell you some bs because after seeing the job Rene did and the sorry job the other tint shop did, it was a day and night difference, i would definitely recommend Ace tint and ppf to anyone looking for a shop that has professional workers, great customer service and uses top of the line film.

As I worked through that issue, I ultimately decided it made sense to upgrade two additional sliding glass doors and several windows as well. QUICK AND DETAILED RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS - Because one of the doors needed immediate attention, I contacted two vendors and peppered both with questions. I also requested, if possible, quick turnaround times on responses, while making it clear that I understood if that wasn't feasible. Both companies were responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with. Jackie at Irwindale Windows, in particular, was extremely thorough and detailed in answering my questions. COMMITMENT TO MOVING QUICKLY WHILE NEVER OVER-PROMISING - Where Irwindale Windows distinguished itself was in its commitment to moving the project forward quickly while providing realistic timelines. They prioritized getting installers out to take final measurements asap, which was critical because the HOA required a city permit before work could begin. At the same time, Jackie was transparent about manufacturing and delivery schedules and set reasonable expectations. They never overpromised just to win the job. BY MY SIDE DURING CITY PERMITTING PROCESS - Jackie went above and beyond by accompanying me to the City Planning and Building Departments to help ensure all the necessary information was available for the permit application process. On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.

Finally decided to upgrade my stereo and tint my windows on my 05 Toyota Corolla. Showed up to the shop and was welcomed by Carlos; super friendly and informative on the stores merchandise. I personally wanted to get something simple, but Carlos recommend me a touch screen Pioneer which I am very satisfied with and couldn't ask for a better job on the tint job.
