Don't waste your time here. Find a reputable place. Owner, Hugo takes no accountability. His installers ruined my headliner when removing the front windshield and tore a cut. Car was brand new. Less than a month old and he says "we don't do that, that's normal wear and tear." Took my car to other shops for their professional independent opinion and they all agreed the shop fucked up. To make matters worse, not only are they denying responsibility. They scratched up my windshield applying tint three times and it's still unacceptable. Had to take it to a real shop whose owner is accountable. Screw this place. If I could leave negative stats I would. Expect a lawsuit

I searched for a tint shop that will have quality work and not so outrageous prices and Hugo made it happen. I have new sunglasses (tint) on my new bae. Makes her look even more fire . The shop is clean, Hugo brought the best vibes, they have a waiting lobby, they take Zelle and card. I dropped my car off at 1130am and they were finished by 130pm. Do not bring your vehicle to this business. I brought my brand new vehicle and they scratched the glass windshield when they were working on the window tint . I explained to the owner Huger Diaz. That there was damage done to my vehicle. He was very unprofessional and simply said that he was not going to touch my vehicle anymore and he was going to give me my money back for the tint but he was not going to fix the scratched windshield. I said that he should do the right thing and fix the damaged windshield and he told me to Leave and that it's my problem now. I felt very disrespected as a customer because I've brought all my previous vehicles here and the second that damage is done. He just wants to walk away from the situation and not make things right if you have a vehicle and damages done to your vehicle, he will not do the right thing, don't do business with people like that. read more

I was looking for a spot and I somehow stumbled onto their site called to schedule appointment for 2 was like maybe 11am called back at 1130 ask I can come in at 12 they said cool got there becuase I finished errans fast was thinking gonna take long to tint so I wanted to rush over. they had a good customer service and they had a lounge to watch movies so very comfortable next thing after we talked for like 10 mins to see what film to put on I think no more then an hr was done seemed fast not rushed and the lounge made it comfy with movies I won't spill their secret but they left locks on windows which I'd forget and row window if they didn't so that was clutch and the tints came out lit looks good so far read more

The crew did a great job on my vehicle and were extremly easy to deal with. From the start, the owner Hugo was eager to earn my business and do my vehicle at a fair price and what was within my budget. The guys at the San Dimas shop were very kind and professional, and the work was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy when doing the wak through explaining everything and even noticing a couple of water bubbles and getting it handled before I even left the shop. I had a Groupon offer to tint my windows at High Def. I called to make an appointment at the end of the day prepared for the Groupon run around and expecting to be waiting weeks for an appointment. To my surprise they told me about the Groupon before I said I had one and scheduled me for the very next morning. When I arrived I was nicely greeted right when I walked in and I was immediately taken care of. They had many options to choose from which were very well presented with a live demonstration and a knowledgeable explanation of the products. They got right to work and I was directed to their nice clean waiting area with cable TV and comfy furniture. Hugo brought me a water and snacks for my wait. Great experience! The car looks great! No honor here . BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM BEWARE The owner quoted me a price and i made and appointment. When I showed up they tried to requote me and double the price. I explain to the worker that I had a quote from the owner he called the owner and the owner said yes honor the quote but once again when he started writing it up he started adding more cost. As I was standing there waiting I noticed they were doing the same thing to other customers quoted them a price but once there pressured to accepting higher price. read more

After reading all their reviews, I decided to get my car windows tinted and submitted a booking request at 7 AM online. To my surprise, they responded within minutes, even before their opening at 9 AM,confirming a time and date that worked for me. Their prompt communication was impressive! I dropped off my vehicle and opted to upgrade to ceramic tint all around for better heat rejection, definitely a must with two kids in the back. In just 1-2 hours, I received a notification that my car was ready for pickup. The entire process was smooth and efficient. The tint job looks fantastic, and they back it with a lifetime warranty (though I doubt I'll ever need it). Their pricing is also reasonable. I recently just got my Chevy blazer car tint at this location and Hugo Diaz assisted me with all my questions! I submitted a quote Sunday afternoon and within 5 minutes, he gave me a phone call and provided me with helpful information.
