I really liked the delivery guys who set everything up and were careful to put everything just where my wife wanted. Its hard to complain and plus we got a good deal on the interest rate.

I needed to buy a substantial amount of furniture to outfit a lodge so I was looking at several different items so I was walking around the whole store. I saw rodent dropping, dripping water and the place looked very ghetto. Then a short, chubby woman named Abby came up and started talking to me and I felt like I was hanging out at the fair and these were carnival workers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is gross.

Their sales staff are congenial, helpful, and try to answer all questions. I did purchase a mattress set from this Sadler's store a couple of years ago and I am pleased with it, and with the service I received. This recent visit, however, was with a friend who has owned a Norwegian Stressless recliner, and is looking for a modest priced recliner. The store just didn't have what was desired.

I asked, " Well if I'm spending a couple thousand dollars you wont throw me out will you?" hHis reply was dry and rude, "We all have to go home sometime.". He never asked what we were shopping for or engaged with us at all after that initial greeting. And the woman who was there never even spoke to us. I was there to buy a house full of furniture , as I just moved up from the lower 48, and had nothing. I was prepared to pay cash. We left and promptly spent over $5k at their competitor's store down the road. Kindness goes a long way, but in this case it stopped at the door.
