Instead of simply stating it, the doctor brusquely told her to put on her old, damaged glasses, escorted her out of the office, and pointed to the nameplate on the door as if my mom should just figure it out herself. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My mom, taken aback, quipped, "Oh, well, maybe I need a hearing test too." Apparently, she's immune to humanity. People like this who can't handle simple human interaction should immediately lose their job.

Her support team is great, and the prices are very affordable with insurance. They are the only place in the Kenai/Soldotna area that takes our VSP insurance and it covers one free exam a year.

It has since become a must visit anytime we're in town spending time with family. I don't have updated photos so I just uploaded a few of the photos we took from a while ago. I'll be sure to update them when we visit this summer. The shop is clean and tidy and things are very easy to navigate and find. Staff is pretty friendly there and willing to give gift suggestions as well as explaining TCG offerings and what's coming soon. Very helpful and easy to talk to. The front part of the store has tons of toys, gifts, educational toys, and games. I truly feel that if you have a young one, you should stop in and check out their offerings as it is extremely huge. The back of the store is dedicated more toward more mainstream toys, models, and trading cards. It's been extremely nice seeing them grow their selection over the years. We recently got into MTG and were pleasantly surprised to find their commander deck selection and pack/box selection fairly well stocked and I have even found a few commander decks to add to my collection. If you're into collectibles and trading cards, this place is a must stop as the business clearly has been listening to their customers in expanding their offerings to fit their needs.
