This entire meal itself is shared/cooked as a group of four, even though your station is for 2 people. You are standing throughout the class and get breaks in between to go check out the store. For example I have done a pastry baking class - Macaroons and croissants. I booked this class for 4 people so it was perfect because we all knew each other and it was a group activity. Since it was four of us we had a row/table to ourselves. *****Each table has two stations, each pair gets a station. So each table has 4 people. ***** For us the baking class was fun because our group of 4 got to be next to each other and work together. ***For baking classes you are able to take leftovers home.*** I have also done a Dinner class - Carbonara pasta, Caprese salad, and tiramisu dessert. This was booked for 2 people to celebrate a birthday for a friend. In this experience of booking for 2 people we had to share the table and ingredients with another couple/pair. When booking for 2, as a date night, the only part that might ruin the vibe of is you are very close to the other group. It isn't intimate and you don't have your own space. The food portions are enough but not super filling. You would be satisfied but you might leave feeling like you have some space for something small. ***Some people do have left overs but the sad thing is with savory classes you cannot take leftovers. You either finish your food or you toss it out. So even if you were full you would be tossing some of your $ away. ****

I came here at mid-afternoon and the store was fairly empty. The employees were helpful, one of them offered to make me an espresso which was quite tasty and powerful. The two employees on the floor kept disappearing and I had to keep calling them over to assist me to find Something or to wrap up a gift for a nominal charge). Parking is $5 unless you park in the free parking garage - just a short walk.

I wanted to know what the scents were like so I spent some time checking them out. This was my first time in their store. Everyone was some what friendly. Some were great and others were really not engaged and standoffish. The store is definitely expensive. I saw a few things I wanted and will be coming back for later. I was able to find a great Maison Berger (this was the last one and was the display) and since it was my first time I got 10% off. The lady in the gifts/candle section was able to help me with my purchase and decent experience. Might go back to check out new scents and purchase a couple for family.

You can get cleaning products, keys made, children's clothing, books, toys, accessories, fine chocolates, order invitations/stationary, buy plasticware; plates, silverware, napkins, cookware, glasses, etc etc etc On this occasion I stopped in for a few specific items that I needed for the dinner party I was hosting. I sincerely wished that I had gotten the name of the wonderful man, who was working at Bering's and who immediately began helping me find what I needed to buy. He literally walked me around, asking others who also worked there, where to find these items. Of course we ended up in the right section with a multitude of selections which I truly appreciated. I found what I needed and I was a very happy customer! This person's excellent professional service was extremely appreciated. Next time I'm at Bering's I will try to find him, so I can edit this review and add his name so he gets recognized for his over-the-top service!!!

They have lots of things for sell that I did not know I needed nor existed. But this time the lady at the counter acted as if I was lost or she was on medication. I told her I was there to pick up an order and she asked me if I was sure it was a store pick up order and not an order to be delivered. Then she asked if I was at the correct store. Then she asked if I had already paid for the order then finally she asked what was I picking up. When I told her she said oh, yes I believe I saw that back there. I miss the days of people just asking to see the order. Oh and after she handed my paid item to me she asked if I needed a bag. Do better Williams-Sonoma. I do recommend this store as we need to keep the brink & mortars open.

Ended up taking about 30 minutes of them looking to find out that they did not have it. So I said I'll take the stainless still one instore instead and asked for the protection plan to be added to it. (Was not offered it, but I saw it online as an option) The woman said she did not know how to add the protection plan to an instore purchase... (what?) so I said well I can add it myself to an online purchase and pick it up? So she ended up doing it that way herself. After paying for it... she said I would have to wait around 2 hours before being able to leave with my espresso machine!!! As it was literally sitting in-front of me on the counter... They said the wait is due to the protection plan which makes no sense. I said I had to leave, not sure why they won't give me the machine when I paid for it! The only way they allowed me to leave with the machine I paid for was by making me pay for ANOTHER $2,000 machine, and then will credit me back for it once the insurance plan "drops." I ended up being there for over an hour. And due to all this, wasn't even offered a discount or free bag of coffee beans. I was extremely patient there. But over all horrible Experience. If you're looking for an appliance, go anywhere else.
