The store is beautifully organized and all the items on display are clean and quality. Not just a mistaken double charge, this time my card was charged for $1644! Keep in mind that this happened 2 weeks after I received the cover and our business was complete. That doesn't happen with a "secure checkout", as is claimed on his website. That happens when a crooked businessman writes your credit card information on paper. When I contacted Tony, I was harassed, as if I had done something wrong by disputing the charge. He has no concept of the responsibilities that a merchant has for keeping your credit card information safe. Don't walk away from Tony's Canvas, RUN. Take notice of how he responds to bad reviews. He doesn't attempt to diffuse a bad situation and save his credibility, he attacks the victim.

For approximately 20 seconds, she continued looking down without making eye contact, saying hello, or even recognizing that I was standing there waiting. When she eventually served me, the entire transaction took place without a single greeting, thank you, or any other interaction. After paying, my puzzles were simply left on the counter without a bag. When I politely asked if I could have one, she visibly rolled her eyes before reluctantly placing my purchases into a bag. Customer service can make or break a shopping experience, and unfortunately this one left me feeling unwelcome and like my business was an inconvenience. As someone who purchases a significant number of puzzles and is actively involved in the local puzzle community, I was disappointed because I had hoped to support a local business. Sadly, I won't be returning. There are many businesses that appreciate their customers and provide friendly, respectful service, and those are the ones I will choose to support in the future.
