I actually look forward to going to the dentist now because I am more impressed with each visit.. I've never met Dr Harvey, but the other staff are friendly and fun and Dr Lynch in particular is very informative and patient and careful and compared to my other experience and stories from people with other dentists, I've been very lucky. I feel like I'm on to a winner.

When my dentist of 20 years retired I decided to try St Lucia Dental which has been a very amazing and rewarding experience. Dr Angus Quinn has just completed a Bridge and when I saw the result I was nearly in tears as the colour match was perfect, the teeth looked more real than my original teeth, the fit was perfect and suddenly I am now really happy to smile. The surgery has the latest state-of-the-art equipment, bright surgeries with views of trees, the charges are competitive, and I must not forget to mention the very friendly and obliging reception staff. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this Dental practice.

I've been going to St Lucia Dental for well over 10 years. I've had some really lovely caring…read moredentists there, albeit they don't work there for very long. The facilities are new, well cared for and hygienic. Parking is easy. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. The dental assistants have always been attentive and gentle. I continue to go there. There is one little bug bear and that's witnessing the owner having hissy fits at his staff over minor issues like appointment stuff ups. I was there recently to see it first hand as I was walking past and it made me very uncomfortable. The staff elevated the volume of the music but it wasn't enough to drown out his loud angry tirade. I just thought it was quite unprofessional and I felt really badly for the dental assistants being roused on. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, that's all. In this day and age, this type of behaviour would get you a visit to Human Resources for bullying.

If you do not want your child to have fluoride treatment for example he will suggest that you go to another dentist! My wife and I went and see Dr Mathew Fracaro for a second opinion on some major dental work for my…read more4 years old son and we found this doctor very unprofessional, First he was in a rush so much that basically kick us out immediately after he finished the appointment saying wait outside like we didn't pay or something. This "Doctor" is rude and have no manners I have no idea how can he see children he was so rough to my son, Basically this person left my wife in tears he told us that our son is the worst case he ever seen in his whole life? And all because apparently his tooth weren't properly clean and basically sent us home to wash his mouth and go back in two weeks (and pay him again!?) as he couldn't see what work need to be done on his teeth? That is coming from someone that supposed to be a dental "Specialist" and make us wonder why he didn't even attempt to do a cleaning himself, To make things worst he was asking us what the other specialist told us all the time and there was a time when he said he will need to remove his front teeth then ask us what the other doctor said? Then we told him he was planning to put white caps then he said o yes I will put caps then? We were in shock how bad he was and in my opinion he should go back to uni and study how to interact with children and their parents and don't say to the parents things like "your son has the worst teeth I seen in my life". To make things worst he basically told us that he was going to give us a "quote" for the work but basically told us to go with an open wallet because he didn't know what work would be required? I had a bad feeling about him from the moment he asked to pay him in advance? he is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life, Stay away from him.

I recently thought about changing dentist for better convenience. I'm pretty glad I chose this one…read more Everything in the clinic is very new. They have a toilet and magazines that aren't torn. A fish tank. A TV is on the ceiling of the clinic I was in. But what I mainly noticed was what was done during my scale and clean. It's one of the best ones I've had and i was thankful for the fluoride foam on the tooth tray which was at the end. My old dentist uses a blue gel which is fairly gummy and it's kinda gross seeing as you're not to rinse it out for half an hour. They smear it on with a cotton wad and it gets all over my lips and tongue. X-rays are instant. They show up on a computer monitor also mounted up high so that you, the patient, can it straight away. They also took some photos using a tube camera of the tops of my teeth which were also displayed instantly. I got a care pack on leaving, containing a toothbrush, two mini toothpaste, a stick flosser and magnet. Should you be too early there is also a cafe just two shops away.

I had complete trust in him and he did a terrific job with my root canal. His assistant (also the receptionist) was also very friendly and helpful. I almost looked forward to my follow up visits.

We went to see Dr Jones for my 3 month old son who had a lip and tongue tie that were effecting…read morebreastfeeding. We were recommended to Dr Jones because of her use of lasers to remove the ties. As a mom I was worried about the procedure and how my son would go with any pain involved. In the end I think there were more tears by me before the procedure than him after. Dr Jones was vert thorough with her explanation of the tongue and lip tie and the effects on breastfeeding, the procedure itself and the aftercare. My husband and I felt 100% confident in our decision to have her fix this. All of here staff seemed to be so loving with my son. After the procedures I could tell immediately it had helped with his feeding. The receptionist, Meg, is lovely and really helpful with any questions that you may have before or after. She called to make sure my son was doing well a few days after the procedure, which he was just hours after he was all smiles.
