They came to our house to cut the dead branches out of our trees and to lightly thin them out…read more Instead they chopped our trees up way too much. They brought down loads of healthy branches by the bunches and left the dead stuff. In the end they said that they didn't know they were supposed to get rid of the dead branches. It's beyond me why you would the dead branches anyway. So now they have to come out another day and do what they were supposed to do in the beginning. They obviously did not listen to instructions and did not use basic common sense. I would tell anyone to stay away from this company.

After he took down the tree, he said he would return the next day to finish the job. It's been six weeks later, and after many excuses and finally no responsiveness, I still have a 70 foot downed tree with a 2 1/2 foot diameter trunk filling up my backyard. I'll have to hire someone else to finish the job for $500.
