Yes, customer service here is spotty as it's a large facility so it's tough to accommodate every customer at one time. Plenty of checkout lines during the day including self-checkout line. At night, the lines are limited. Most self checkout lines are closed at night. This causes a bottle neck especially if there is only 1 check out line to accommodate all the remaining customers. They also do have photo center if you need to get photos processed. Also sells televisions, wearable technology, toys, computers and other outdoor items. They sell anything you can think of.

This one is for the cafe…read more Things aren't what they used to be. I used to go to this Cafe at the end of every work week, I used to actually invite my friends to come with me. They would look at me strangely and say " really, you want to go to Hy-Vee for breakfast" I would Rave about how good their food actually is for being a grocery store Cafe. I can safely say that not one of my friends ever left disappointed. Great food, great service, friendly atmosphere. Things aren't what they used to be. Even before the rise of prices of eggs for some unknown reason they decided to switch to the eggs you get from a carton. Very fake tasting and never really cooked that good. They went from using real mushrooms in their omelets to the cheap stuff you get in the can. They used to have very delicious sliced potatoes that would taste like heaven, but now you can only get hash browns that are very Bland. In closing, pretty sad when a cafe in a grocery store can't make your omelet with real eggs. Things aren't what they used to be. Still very friendly service. Although I don't know her name, there's a gray-haired old gal that is always smiling, always joking, and makes you feel right at home. Thank YOU for making me feel welcome.
