I had an unfortunately terrible experience today, and when I tried to explain what happened to the…read morewoman who sold me on the service, she simply dismissed everything and told me they would not be returning for service, AFTER collecting a cold 180 dollars off of me. It is a shame because I was highly impressed with the company at first, they were professional, and the first cut was great, but this last time they ran over a baby palm tree I just planted in the back yard, they didnt blow the grass off of the side of my house and I had to go out and wipe it all off with a towel by hand, and then they ran over my Solar LED rechargeable Tiki torch and never said anything about it. When we sent them a message, no response other than a cold "We will not be providing service anymore, refer to the contract". Well I go to look at the contract, and Now I feel like the bad service was a scam to force me to pay some cancellation fee they will try to charge me for, after they have only mowed TWICE. This is predatory practices, I am actually going to the BBB next after I finish posting this. Feel free to contact me if you wish to make this right, and I am more than happy to discuss things - but breaking my things and leaving them hidden under a bush is unacceptable.
