The irrigation system was installed by an outsourced company and they did a decent job. However, Global Lawn Care told me I needed to pay $3000 for the sod. They came to measure not once, but twice. I allowed them to do the job and it was absolutely terrible. Half of the grass they use was already dead and the work was very patchy. The front of my house, which is the first thing people see is still bald in many spots. They left a pile of rocks sitting on the walkway...DANGEROUS!!! Although the staff are friendly, the work is very poor. I am not only in the process of looking for a new lawn care company, I'm considering seeking litigation for this gross wrongdoing. They also said they would install the sprinkler covers however they only put in a few and the rest are still sitting in the bag. BEWARE!!!

Contacted Fiorello for a patio/pool cage expansion. Matt came out right away any looked at the…read moreproject. I originally was just going to add onto the patio pavers by 10 feet. The entire addition was 10x30, plus expanding the pool cage. I have quite an el cation, so he needed to put in footers. Matt set up with the cage installers. Neither required a deposit beyond the permit fees to get started. The project took longer than anyone expected due to the fact that the previous pool cage installer was a crook and never had the cage inspected. So we had to re-engineer the cage with the addition and re-apply for the permit. No extra charge. After discussing the project with Matt, I decided to replace all the pavers since the previous job was pretty bad and a lot of pavers were popping loose. Wasn't a cheap job, but I didn't expect it to be. Matt kept me informed the whole time and was always on site to make sure the guys were doing it right. They even worked on Easter Sunday to get it done on time! There were a couple hiccups, but Matt was on top of them and they didn't turn into a headache.
