He then lowered the house and he instead of replacing the dry wall he destroyed he patched it up and his work was horrible and instead of my wall being flush it now still bows out and has to be replaced . I was going to tell him to come back and make it right by replacing dry wall but ( He Knows it was shitty job ) but said he was done ?..... Don't pay him in advanced to do a job like I did CASH and be hesitant to hire him for any job related too foundation/Framing or drywall . Getting a drywall company to do what he should have done and still haven't decided cause I don't believe in sueing people (him) for the cost of repairs . It depends on what it will cost me undecided at this point JUST BEWARE of his quality of work .
