Sewer Pro will be our plumbers from here on out. We had another plumbing company come out to our…read morehouse earlier this week and they told us that we had a serious sewer line issue that needed to be address as soon as possible. They also quoted us an exorbitant amount for the repair. We reached out to Sewer Pro for another quote. They looked at the video from the other company and in their professional opinion after seeing it they did not see any need for immediate repairs or the urgency the other company was stressing, but the owner offered to still come out to the house. Tom came out today and listened to our entire story. He even inserted his own camera in our sewer line just to get a better idea of the condition of our line with his eyes. He shook his head and said that he sees nothing that indicates we need any repairs. Tom did not charge us anything for his visit today or the quote and he saved us from being taken advantage of a predatory plumbing company in the Columbus area.
