I had some real problems with being able to turn my head in either direction because of all the stiffness. They laid out a plan of exercises that concentrated on getting my neck more limber and able to turn without the pain I had had. Another visit, I worked with Julia and she was very helpful in correcting any form issues I was having and I personally love that so I know I'm getting the most out of any exercise. Every movement and exercise was treated with great care and precision, and his knowledge really shows -- he was excellent at tailoring home exercises for my mom and her exact needs. He also played a huge role in helping my mom believe that recovery was possible with consistency and training. She was initially doubtful she'd ever return to her normal activities, but within just a couple of months she was moving comfortably again and even traveling with no issues.
