However, Chris N. was not deterred, he escorted us in, introduced us to his shop mechanic who diagnosed the problem on our Kawasaki Versys, and we we were on our way again in about 60 minutes! This level of service naturally warrants high praise but to take on a yet-to-be diagnosed motorcycle not merely 15 minutes from closing time but 15 minutes from the start of their three day weekend? Wow, there are no words. We are exceptionally grateful to Chris and his mechanical team (names?). They were instrumental to getting us back on our way and smiling on our road trip (started in San Francisco and returning to Chicago). I could not recommend Headingley Sport Shop more highly. They could have rushed the job but no, they took their time to ensure the motorcycle ran smoothly. And did it ever! The dealership has a comfortable waiting room, loads of inventory (both machines and gear) and is immaculately clean. Thank you! Patrick Shaughnessy Chicago, IL

The owner of Outback Power Products mentioned to me that if I was to take the bike out the same day that the warrenty will be voided! So I took the chance, little did I know. I brought the bike back Saturday 21 June 2014 which was with in 48 hours. The first ride I realized the front rim was bent and wobbled voilently as I picked up speed. Second, the whole back end was loose and made for a wobbly ride. Third, an aluminum oring that kept back rim assembly tight broke and needed to be replaced. Forth, the chain fell off due to this aluminum o-ring breaking. So I took the bike back within 48 hours and had a confrontation with both owners of Outback Power Products concerning the actual condition of this extreme mountain bike. And was told to take the bike back or they will put the bike out on the street. After the dust settled, Rick of Outback told me that it will take awhile before he can even look at the bike to fix it. I had a piece of the o-ring that was damaged and mentioned I could bring it in early if he needed to order the part. I was met abruptly with don't bother just bring it in when we're ready to look at your bike. "Very rude indeed". So I decided to call other dirt bike mechanic shops due to the fact that I will be waiting along time for this bike to be fixed. And to my consternation found out that most of these shops will not touch products from Outback Power Products due to there products made in China and are built very poorly. Most of these shops mentioned that if they even try to work on my extreme mountain bike other parts may and or will break. And they do not want to be envolved in matter. Plus they don't have access to parts, and manuals to fix these machines due to the products are from China. So to conclude that A- Outback Power Products are very poorly made, B-The owners are very un-professional, C- No other local shops in Winnipeg will not touch these bike due to them being very poorly made. If you have read to this point I hope that you save you time and your money and avoid this business at all costs.
