I love going to fancy spas but I prefer Top Feet if you really want to feel amazing after. And can I just say, what you get for your money is AMAZING!! A friend referred me to try it out and I'm sorry I waited so long. Their 60 minute $30 foot reflexology massage includes a full body deep tissue massage as well. I got a 30 minute massage by a man (I'm a man but didn't ask for a specific gender massage therapist) and the massage was fine. The weird thing was when I went to pay, the therapist was standing close by in the lobby while I paid. Meanwhile, the young lady in the foyer taking the money asked if I was going to tip the therapist. She was not trained to ask about this in the manner that most are trained. The way she said it was as if I wasn't going to and the onlooking therapist had an intimidating look on his face. Just not a good feeling. To make a point I gave a $10 tip for a 30 minute/$30 message. If I go back I will ask for a different therapist and just keep these things in mind especially since it is convenient and cheap. read more

Love This Place! I stumbled upon this place when I was cutting through the parking lot to get to Wal-Greens. My feet were hurting so I thought I could use a foot rub for 60 minutes at only $30 (grand opening cost). Wow! It was so much more. Since then I have been back several times. If you are looking for a little relaxation and not having that awkward feeling of taking your clothes off for a stranger this place is where you need go. As you walk through the front doors you get a calm feeling that soothes away any stress you may have and then the music continues to relax you as you are guided towards one of their comfy loungers/massage tables. The whole experience is amazing and relaxing. This isn't your normal foot rub or quick massage, it's better than any relaxation treatment I've ever had. I suggest you go for the $30 1 hour special where they give your whole body attention with a focus on the feet. Again, you don't have that weird feeling of you and a stranger in a small room where you aren't wearing any clothes, this place makes you feel completely comfortable as you lay on the plush table with all of your clothes on, the only thing you take off is your shoes and socks if your wearing any. I recommend this place to everyone! Who is John S.? My family has been getting massage at TOP FEET for a long time. I think since they just opened. We love their so much, everyone is so nice, they smile all the time to you. The therapist are perfessional enough for me to give me a relaxing experience everytime I go there after I done my whole week busy work. Mr, John said his girlfriend is an therapist, too. So, why he still wanted to come to top feet to get a massage and wrote a this kind of review. Does his girlfriend own a business, too? I mean I just guess, but this it looks like this. We all know Top Feet are busy all the time. If what Mr John said are all right, wo why there is still a lot people like to coutinue coming to TOP FEET. I think maybe the reason just like mine. It is not only because the price is cheap but also the quality massage they have. There are a lot this kind places which has the same price I think. Why we don't what go somewhere else? They put a towl over our eyes because it can make us feel more relaxable because we relax down when there is all dark in front our eyes. Also Mr. John, How do you know the therapists don't pay attention while they doing the massage instead of whatching TV something? I think you just said they covered your eyes, so how can you see that? As I know, the therapists are all Chinese and they just can speak a little bit English, so I don;t think they are interesting in the American TV shows on something. I've been to many foot massage places and since the reviews were pretty good, I was hoping to get a good massage. A therapist was just rubbing my feet with lotion. I didn't feel pressure. Top Feet is amazing! For $30 you get an hour full body massage, but without the inconvenience of undressing. The staff is professional and the environment quiet and relaxing. For anyone new, it is definitely worth checking out and just know they will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. My only tip is that if the pressure is too much just as them to be a little softer. A good massage for a great price. You pay $30 for an hour, can't complain there. This is not a luxurious spa by any means, it's a seated (well laying on a flat chaise lounge type thing) and clothed massage. It is in an open room where you can see other people getting massages but it is surprisingly quiet. Not just a foot massage but a full body + scalp massage also. It is worth the stop in, trust me. Stay away from this place. If you like a relaxing, customized massage, this is not the place to go at all. I was looking for a real reflexology and foot treatment, due to some pains in my feet. I didn't have the opportunity to talk about it, they never asked. They all do the same thing (as you can hear the others around), despite if you have more sensitive areas or tenderness. They don't ask if you feel good, if you're comfortable, cold, or even if the pressure they put on the massage is ok or if it hurts. The lady left the scene a few times, one of them felt like a long long time, since she left my feet wet and sooo cold. The technique they all use on the back is mostly beating, not very much rubbing. I could hear all therapists beating their clients too. When she touched more sensitive areas and I reacted, she avoided them instead of exploring and working on the healing side. Just mechanical! Those people can NOT be called massage therapists. They don't treat, they perform the procedure, poorly and impersonally. Not to mention the smell of the place! A mixture of mold and garlic. When I arrived, 2 of the therapists were smoking outside. The place doesn't bring a pleasant feeling. The position I was, along with the massage itself hurt my back so badly and I couldn't stand up easily. Nobody cared to help me. I could barely walk to my car and the "therapist" complained that my 10% tip wasn't good enough! read more

I went with my husband to get a foot massage recently, and I've been here a few other times, with a pretty good massage each time. However, this time, the person giving me my massage spent about 5 minutes putting lotion on my feet, and started getting distracted halfway into the massage and would pause for 5-10 seconds at a time, not doing anything. I think she assumed I was asleep or something? I mean, I understand that they might get tired, but the whole point of reflexology is to make sure to get all the right pressure points. Her hands were definitely not using enough force for a massage. So, at the end of the visit, I didn't leave as much tip as I normally would have. The girl at the front desk was quite rude about the tip amount, implying that I should have paid more. To me, a tip is earned, and quite frankly, I left as much as I thought was deserved for the massage that I received. I will not be returning. read more
