I don't know how they have 4-5 star reviews. So I decided to go to tiger massage and I called in and asked if I could come in an hour. The owner answered and said yes. I got the pricing over the phone and decided I wanted to do 60 min. Once I get in the room, she convinced me to do 90 min. It was $90. So the owner comes in and starts my massage. It was felt therapeutic since I asked for hard. 5 minutes in she asked me where I worked. I told her where I worked and she told me to bring friends & I'll get a discount. She continued to ask me about my benefits at work & I felt very uncomfortable answering. It also defeats the purpose of getting a massage. About 15 min in the phone starts ringing and she stepped out without saying excuse me. She comes back and tells me she has a group coming in soon and that she needs to get the rooms ready. Well, after that, she leaves and different masseuse comes in. This person is a sweet lady and does her job very well. I had her for about 30 minutes without interruptions and the massage was great. After 30 min the group shows up and owner comes in and switches back with the masseuse. I told her I liked her and would prefer her instead. The owner said that I'd had to come back next time to schedule a massage with her. Are you kidding me?!? I quietly lay there uncomfortably as she's massaging me. The whole time I could hear her labored breathing since she was running all over the place trying to get the other group situated. I told her that she didn't even massage my legs so she said fine and added an extra 10 minutes to the massage. After the time was up I show up to the register to pay. The owner gave me a full water bottle and gave me about 20 business cards and says to give it to all my coworkers. I give this place 2 stars because the lady gave me a water bottle and when I was getting a massage, it was good. They had horrible bedside manner and the way she ran her business was very unorganized. She meant well, but her meaning well did not make up for the interruptions and questions about my job. read more

The current owner has owned this business for a couple of years, she is also Chinese which means she only hires Chinese staff, she is also a no-nonsense business owner and will not tolerate any funny business. That's where I'm confused.... no Thai staff and no happy endings here, you should probably remove your review and attach it to the correct establishment. read more

I hadn't been sleeping well for about three weeks and thought a massage would help. Never had one before and I hope my first experience is not what they're supposed to feel like. My coworkers made an appointment for 7 PM after our shift. We get there and they didn't understand that we had made an appointment days prior, then told us that her appointment wasn't until 730. I think I ended up with the manager/owner. She left twice to work at the desk. I'm not a touchy-feely person, so I knew with my anxiety that there would be some discomfort due to tension, but the amount of pain I was in and her not stopping when I voiced my pain, has made me very opposed to ever trying this again. I was under the understanding that a massage should be a hurts so good not just hurts. Every time I said something hurt or I wasn't ok, I figured she stop, but no. She says it's normal because I've never had a massage and that I need to come back more often for them to work on me. I have a bone spur in my foot that was acting up during the appointment with the knuckle rolling, and I tell her and she goes "me too" and continues. We get to the oil and she's rubbing my foot and I think we're okay, but then she SLAPS my foot right on the spur after I'd already told her! She leaves so I can get dressed and I couldn't walk the 2 feet to the freaking chair. I will not be trying a massage again for a VERY long time and definitely will not be coming back here. read more

Had an excellent deep tissue massage here! They did not skimp on the pressure and really put their all into giving a true deep massage. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, the facility was clean. There were four of us and the other three in my party also had raving reviews of their massage therapists. Docked one star due to too many interruptions during my massage time, even if it was to help out another client who had left something behind on their last visit. I'm surprised by the great reviews! This was THE WORST massage experience of my life!! The massage therapist left the door cracked and left the room 4 times to greet customers and wait on front. TERRIBLE!!!!! Just so awkward! Her pressure was too hard for me and her response was "yes, it hurts but is good" when I complained about pressure.
