First, there were a dozen children roaming around inside the resource center, and into the waiting room, causing a huge distraction to anyone actually in the resource center trying to look for work. At the risk of sounding very judgemental, let me tell you a bit about the clientele. I am only explaining this so if you are like me, and would want to avoid this place at all costs, you can do so. It is instantly clear why the people here are out of work. They show up with their five children in tow, in open back tank tops, flip flops and exposed tattoos. I realize this is not a job interview, but you should still present yourself in a professional manner. Did not receive a single follow-up phone call, and all the emails I received were irrelevant (not in my field, outside of SA, etc).

Called Jennifer on 8/13/25 for help with employment. I was instructed to email her with my resume…read morebecause she claimed to have an office position available, which I did within 5 minutes (have the email to show I sent it) and never heard back. Called again 7 days later with someone else, saying Jennifer is out of the office and will be in shortly and call me back. Waited another week and went in to the physical office. Jennifer was again not in the office so I talked to Bre, which quickly wanted me to talk to Jennifer. Bre then told me for the first time I needed to apply (Did not know this when first talking with Jennifer) and that either her or Jennifer would reach out to me. Upon leaving, I saw Jennifer entering the building after eating in her vehicle. Jennifer calls me 3 minutes later claiming she never received my email, which I still have from 8/13/25 and because I left my physical resume there she also told me I needed to update it even though it's still relevant and doesn't have a 2025 date. They also said the reason no one has reached out to me is because the employer of the office position wasn't responding due to them being busy, which is ironic. Don't waste your time here, it's quite obvious no one wants to help you get employment even though it's pretty much in their job description. I've never seen so many excuses, lies, and cover up's for not doing one's own job. I would say to terminate Jennifer and put me there, but then I'd have to explain why my predecessor just didn't want to do her job. And people wonder why it's difficult to find employment when you have staffing agencies with this kind of work etiquette.
