He did ask for payment upfront and I had no issue paying this, did so via Venmo......the crew came out and took the tree down, old-school style. And let me explain that what entailed: A tree expert climbing to the top of the tree and lopping off branch by branch, trunk piece by trunk piece, while a crew of 2-3 guys had a rope and were balancing him AND the tree parts as they were being hacked off. It was fascinating to watch, tbh, and well worth the price.

The price was very reasonable for the work I had done. Jeremy came over to look at it, gave me an estimate, and the crew showed up the next day. They were right on time and did a great job. They were respectful of my property, fence, etc. and cleaned up everything afterwards. Aside from the cuts in the tree, there was no sign they had been there. One thing that impressed me -- all the crew members were smart and they knew what they were doing. The crew chief was a licensed arborist and the other guys could talk the talk. They have obviously had some kind of training beyond basic safety stuff. All of them were polite and personable and friendly to deal with. I would not hesitate to have them back again. The next the tree needs a trim they are the first ones I'll call. Highly recommended.

Bret and his team did a great job removing two large magnolias from our yard. One was leaning onto…read morethe telephone pole and the other was pretty sick. They also removed some smaller trees on the property. They got them both removed safely and also grinded the stumps. They removed a part of the fence then put it back for us. They worked very quickly so we wouldn't have a lingering mess in the yard. I would recommend for any tree needs. Even just to diagnose the problem/find solutions and they didn't charge me to come out and quote.

I had a "premium", very expensive system put in and a sprinter heads broke days after installation, and they would not come and look at it much less repair it, though this was the least of the problems. The system was not designed properly. The sprinkler heads were not located properly, and there are patches of grass that never get water and some that get to much and shrubs that get ripped to shreds from the big rotary heads. Some zones have too many sprinkler heads on them for the water pressure and the layout is poorly designed. They wouldn't even come look at the problems. Do not use these guys!

Per his request, I texted him complete info. w/our address & exactly what we expected, as he advised he would come the next day to view the property to give us a quote. However, before coming out the next day, that evening, he texted me back saying that he already had cut lawns in our area today and would not be able to come again until the end of the month. I PLEADED w/him that due to all of the recent rain, we would need it cut now AND then again at the end of the month, but he refused to come out now for only our house because he said he has to service "large clients not small houses". This was even after I explained that my husband is handicapped; I'm a senior & his only caregiver; & I needed his help only for this first time; & then we would get on his schedule.
