If he ordered the stove from the company he claimed he ordered it from "eleganthomeusa" they say it cost $734.00. I would be happy if he just refunded me my deposit - $734 until he gets his credit card refunded, however He will not refund me anything. This is what makes me feel he is trying to scam me. In addition there were 3 boxes that came with the fireplace that were necessary for the installation we set up for them right at the opening and they didn't even open the boxes! He found an abandoned squirrel's nest in the chimney, took photos and showed them to us.
