I reminded him but he kept laying the tiles without staggering the pattern. He left a leaking pail on my lanai wood floors overnight. His crew left all their trash, bottles, pizza box, rolled paper used to protect the floor in a pile next to my garage. He didn't use a wet saw so there was stone dust all over my screen around the pool, deck and my wood floors. The floors also had dried cement all over. He was supposed to come finish about an hours work but didn't show. Stay away....
