I have been using top line party rentals for 8 years now and having a tent at each backyard party gives us peace of mind that no matter the weather our guests will be comfortable. They do their thing with setup and takedown and I don't have to worry about a thing. They also provide our round tables and chair setup which we put underneath and have multiple tent sizes & options (even ones with sides). Top Line is the epitome of great service! I first became familiar with Top Line Party Rentals when I was chairing my son's school Carnival last year. Our vendor at the time showed up 3 hours late so no tables.chairs/tents and no bouncy's at 11 when we started. We called Top Line and they arrived by 11 and saved the day. This year, I didn't need to think twice about who I was going to use for our Carnival. I worked with Shane and he was incredible, very helpful in selecting the bouncy's that would work with our space on the street. He was incredibly responsive when I needed extra documents for the NYC street permit process. He was amazingly accommodating when I asked to have the tables /tents and chairs dropped off early in response the PTSD I still suffered from last year's carnival. And he still let me squeeze in a request at the last minute for a few more chairs. Day of. the guys got there on time to set up the bouncy's. The kids loved the rock climbing wall and the circus /slide one. I wasn't too sure what I would need but Top Line gave me recommendations and even let me know I may need a tent in case of inclimate weather.
