For my son's first birthday I have availed their ultimate party package which included: Magic show Balloon animals Cotton candy Face Painting For 2 hours. I can say the kids had enjoyed the show (even adults) and the face painting was done really nicely! They came in on time and had done a tremendous awesome job!!! Joseph and his team were very professional and helped me throw an amazing birthday party for my daughter! Kids came up to me after the party and said that it was the best party they had been to! This review is LONGGGG overdue!!! I just want to say a very heartfelt thank you to Joe and his amazing customer service that he provided from beginning to end. We did a party for my son's 3rd birthday back in April and initially was unsure of what kind of activities we wanted to provide for the kids. Joe gave us many different options/packages to choose from and answered all of my questions up until I made my decision. We ended up doing a package with balloon sculpting+magic show+snow cones. He also sent one of his best out to host our party(forgive me as I can't recall his name right now) and it turns out that the same guy did a magic show at my son's school about a month prior which was amazing! From that moment on we knew we were in great hands. The kids and parents enjoyed themselves and we had a blast! I just want to start out by saying im a perfectionist. And everything has to be perfect, especially for my sons first birthday. I had spoken to joe and his team over the last month to prepare for this party. Joe was super nice and awesome I loved him straight off the bat. He accommodated all my needs and reassured me my party would be fantastic. He was in contact with me for the entire month leading up to the party. He sent miguel a balloon guy with cotton candy and face painting which was awesome. He really made the party great. Overall the night before the party I get there and the tent they sent up looks nowhere even close to covering 75 people I had in attendance. Thank god we had a beautiful day outside or else we'd be screwed. When my husband spoke to him he said " oh it was suppose to seat 75 not entertain 75' WTF is the point of that ?! A party with kids and you can't even entertain?! Party came and went at the end of the night.Overall we made the party work with what we had. When he set up the desert table it look so beautiful he was texting me all day to show me. At the end of the night we cleaned up the tent for them and put all glass particles in the garage just in case. Well needless to say one glass jar got broken (which I'm replacing). I have used Ultimate Parties & Events several times and they have all been great, but they provided a package for my daughter's 6th birthday this weekend that was the best. We got a package with a bounce house, face painting, balloon twisting and a concession. They delivered the inflatable on Thursday (1 day early) and we had it all weekend until Sunday. First, I would like to thank Mr. Joey for his fast response. I sent a question on Yelp asking about packages at 8:00 am and at 8:02 I got a response and a phone call. They are very responsive, Mr. Joey explained about packages they offer and prices, later I picked the one hour package and told him date and time I need the show for my son's 5th birthday party, it was very easy, everything was arranged on the phone, then I emailed them my info(name, address, date and time need the magic show) as requested and I received an invoice, on the date and time Mr. Miguel's (the entertainer) came 15 minutes earlier and was prepared with his equipments. He is very friendly, and very talented and funny. He did many tricks. We had more than 10 kids and more than 10 adults, first he did animal balloons then the magic show, everything was wonderful, everyone loved the show, kids and adults. Mr. Miguel know how to entertain and keep things smooth and funny with large number of kids. After show finished payment was made in cash, and there is also an option to pay by credit card. My sons school was doing his annual school fair 2015 and I called Joe again, he answered all my questions, and I had a lot of questions.
