Last year I decided to return to tae kwon do after a hiatus of more than twenty years, and I am thrilled to have found this school! The four masters are exceptional tkd practitioners (just check out their profiles) but they teach class with a grace and humility that belies their achievements as national and international champions. Frankly I am puzzled by the negative review I just read; it sounds so out of character that I wonder if the writer is even talking about the right school. The masters are all so friendly and patient, and accessible, and truly care about their students. They expect students to improve not only their tkd skills but their scholastic and interpersonal skills as well... and i often see them asking children if their homework was done on time, if they are being respectful to their parents, for example, and students memorize creeds that stress inclusion and fairness ("if I see someone being left out I will invite them to play" etc). I recently moved 20 miles away but I am happy to drive the 40 miles to get to study with this wonderful team. They are great with adults and kids alike! read more

I am so lucky to have found Top Mixed Martial Arts for my son. He started at age 3 and we have been enrolled in the school for over 2 years. He absolutely loves coming here. The staff is wonderful and caring and the children have a great time learning the techniques and the core values of respect and caring for others and more. The Masters are all skilled instructors and have a wonderful way with the children. Their curriculum changes each class. He loves the trophy and belt ceremonies and it is amazing watching him progress through the curriculum. I would recommend TMMA to anyone looking for a great program for their child. read more

This is a great school. I send both my kids there and they love it. The masters are all well skilled and make the experience both fun and educational.
