Then as she starts she sees another tech having an issue with another customer's polish color choice and proceeded to get up and leave me sitting there waiting for 15 minutes while she helps someone else. When she finally returned she starts rushing to finish because she has another client waiting. No cuticle care, flat nails and a horrendous experience. Will not be returning. They are definitely overpriced for the lack of customer service.

Their prices are too high for what you're getting. I feel like I never get what i want, even though I tell them exactly what I want when I first sit down but they just ignore me. I recently went in for my Christmas nails and not only did I NOT get what I wanted but she did them uneven and a little crooked.
