I went in originally for a pedicure and then decided I'd like a manicure as well. Well I was a walk in and was seated quickly but during my pedicure my tech was changed 3 times! At that point my French tip looked different from different techs and you could tell they just wanted to get to the higher paying customers/regulars. The way they treated the girl next to me and me were completely different. Now I was quite polite and respectful but that shouldn't be taken advantage of. Do they expect me to tip all 3 techs?! Next my manicure. Should have just left when I had the chance. Requested a specific tech only for her to set me up sitting down and have another girl do my nails while she click clacked on her phone the rest of my time there. So tipping an additional 2 people? 5 people in total?!?! I don't think so. I wish they treated everyone the same. Unfortunately not every customer matters here. So here we are. If you can't give a customer your full time then don't take them. Poor business model if you ask me.

This would be fine, but we were charged $55 each which is the price for the 50 min. I was charged $5 to take shellac off my toes and $5 to take shellac off my fingernails. This is also fine, but she didn't take it all off. We got manicures and that was $20 each. I usually get pedicures and manicures at the other Rockstar in Calallen. There is really no comparison. On our way out, there was another couple standing outside looking over their receipt in detail. I feel like we payed a pretty penny for rushed, poor quality service. Im not sure if the service here is necessarily cheaper than other salons but I love the ways my nails turned out so Im pleased. Andy was super attentive to my nails and let me try out a couple colors so I could get as close to the Pinterest nails I showed him.
