Ladies BEWARE! The salon stinks of chemicals the second you walk through the door. That is what you are breathing and putting on your skin! Their customer service is basically non existent. I called at 9:15am to come in and they said sure, I got there at 9:25am and they told me to wait since they were busy. Not a problem. I waited for over 40 minutes and then they rudely REFUSED me service because they were too busy. Who runs a salon like this?? Who can run a business that way!? First, let me start by saying my experience has been good up until this day. Aside from the last two visits, and my nail breaking within a week, it's been good. I always get two or more services, and I tip well. So, today, i go in and request pedi, acrylic fill-in and eyebrow, lip, and chin wax. I waited about 10-15mins and then was told to go sit for pedicure. The pedicure went fine, and the tech did a good job and was using the light lamp to dry my polish. At this time, there was no one waiting, and 3 other people were actively being serviced. 2 getting pedicures and 1 lady getting her nails done. 2 of the techs sat playing on their phones when 3 young women walked in and asked if they could get full-sets. The tech stood up and looked over and saw my feet were under the gel lamp dryer. He then told the girls to have a seat, and both free techs began their full-sets. Once my toes were dry, about 60 seconds later, I was told to sit and wait. After waiting 20 minutes, I got up and requested to pay for my feet and left. Everyone knows the gel lamps dry your toe nails in seconds. He clearly could see i was less than a minute away from being finished, but still made the decision to make me wait and take the 3 girls that came in instead. They were walk-ins and should have been made to wait in order of arrival just like me. This is disappointing because I liked this nail salon, but I won't be returning or spending my money in a place that treats people this way. I will gladly drive out of my way and pay more for respect and good customer service. read more

I was pleased with the work. Not so pleased with the cleanliness. The place is filthy. Seriously filthy. I received a UV Gel fill in. Middle aged male nail tech. He was good. With that there was nothing done to my cuticles, no hand cream or hot towel which Is standard at any nail salon in New York. The pedicure was nice, complete with a short massage and moisturizer and hot towel. My appointment was on time. Overall the quality of the work was very good. Doubtful to return because of the cleanliness. I could not snap photos of the work stations because I didnt want to look obvious. But enjoy the photos of the bathroom read more

Pretty typical nail salon set up. I had a spa pedicure and a regular manicure. There was no attempt at small talk which was fine with me. The massage chair was comfortable while I got the pedicure. The lady that did my toes did a good job but there wasn't much of a massage afterwards. I don't know for sure that they even usually include that but everywhere else I've ever been does. They do a good job but NEVER take you at the time of your appointment. Been coming here for 3 years and make my appointments well ahead of time. It is always at least a half hour to 45 minute wait. Why bother making an appointment? I will have to find another place. I am an excellent TIPPER compared to most. It is a waste of my time, and very aggravating. In doing this, you give the message to your customers that their time is not important to you. Walk ins who are on vacation should not take precedence over regular loyal customers. read more

Best pedicure so far and almost comparable to the pedi's I got in NYC, I am definitely spoiled by the foot and leg massage included with a regular pedi. I don't do nail polish so I was a little disappointed I paid full price for a manicure when no polish was included but all in all I was happy with the overall service and plan on returning. The 2 gentlemen working there provided decent manicures in the past for me, i returned for that reason and the fact it was close to my home. First & last time I'll be going there.. they get 2 stars bc the staff was nice. Powder dip was a half assed rush job & too much too coat so now my nails are lumpy. Two women that were there were complaining about having appointments but waiting for hours. Definitely not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. Would suggest doing a better job at scheduling and turning down walk ins to ensure the level of service is on par. Good luck! read more

Horrible! Went in yesterday as a walk in and it was so busy as expected. However, no one asked me what I wanted or even said hello. I sat in a chair by the reception for over a half hour. Being frustrated at that point I made an appointment for the next day to a mani and pedi and expected that I would get in right away since I made an appointment. The next day came and again I sat for a half hour by the reception desk even after having to find someone to tell them that I had an appointment. Now that I am in the chair for my pedi I have been sitting here for 15 mins. They do not have enough staff working for them to handle the amount of people or maybe they are double booking appointments. Called, spoke with someone and scheduled an apt for powder gel and pedi. Was told to come at 12:30. Came, sat next to another woman that had an apt and been sitting there for half hour. After the staff taking 2 walkins ahead of myself and the other woman that was waiting for about half hour. I Kind of tried to figure out which was the gel options vs dip options and a woman finally asked me what I was doing there. I said I called this morning and made an apt for a sns mani/pedi. She asked me who I spoke to. I said I didn't know. She then said we don't have time for you. I explained what time I called, even went over the actual conversation and that I had driven 40 mins just for the apt. And she just stared and shrugged her shoulders. Zero apologies. Zero accountability. There are too few places in the area that offer sns and moving forward, I will drive an hour to be treated like a customer and not like I'm disposable. read more

Family owned business. The owners are nice and hard working and seem like good people. Gets very busy at times and even with an appointment you may find yourself waiting for bit - especially since they overbook, don't always turn away walk-ins and are only 3-4 people staffed. They can typically have your nails done pretty quickly but the outcome may not always be the best. Tammy is the only one that knows how to do nail designs and waxing and is usually also multitasking between customers getting pedicures. Don't expect a city type mail job done here. No hand massage or much cuticle care. I go here for a basic gel manicure when I want someplace locally convenient and nothing too fancy. They are still fairly new to the location so I'm sure they'll improve with time and experience. read more

I called and they got me in right away for a pedicure and manicure. I was nervous to go here given the reviews on here that I have read. I wanted to give them a solid and fair shot because I live right down the road and it would be conscientious to go here. It was very clean, I got a gel manicure and pedicure and it was wonderful! I had Andie and he was very thorough. I had a wonderful service and it was inexpensive. Give this place a try! Some of these reviews don't justify the experience I had.
