I have to say that my experience with Top Notch has definitely been great. From the walk thru to the actual cleaning, everything was professional and the cleaning itself was amazing. Diania provided full transparency of what to expect and what the cost would be, and did invite my input as to the frequency. Unfortunately, she did not listen to what we wanted, insisted on a multi-person full day cleaning, and pretty much said "this is what we're doing and this is how much it will cost." I recently had surgery and am unable to regularly clean my home. I reached out to Top Notch and they were super professional. The owner came out to the house to get me a proper estimate based on my house specifically and she explained what the crew does and doesn't do. She went into details about the initial cleaning and what the cost associated was and what the cost would be with maintenance cleaning. Her team was efficient, respectful and professional. The house was so clean afterwards and everything was put back where it came from which was a relief since I am still on crutches it's hard for me to move heavier things. The initial cleaning was a deep clean, they even cleaned under the appliances and really did a thorough job. Top Notch is more expensive than a lot of their competitors but peace of mind and knowing that they are running a proper business with all the legal licenses, insurance and such is what I want. I called a couple other places just told me over the phone their hourly rate without even know what my house was like and didn't inform me of what they'd be doing. I worked there for maybe a week and one of the days I had a unexpected family thing come up my boyfriends grandma was in the hospital with meningitis fighting a brain infection and I wasn't taking it well i texted the manager to let her know I can't come in.. the first thing she texted back was are you kidding me!!! She left messages on my phone saying how she shouldn't have to come work on mothers day... and then she basically assumed I lost the office key and was lying.. which is not true I did still have the key... she never once asked if his grandma was okay no sympathy at all!!! I also found a voice message on my phone that they diddnt know they were recording laughing at my texts with her husband and saying I am lying... the whole company is stupid and very unprofessional I quit that day because I'm not going to work for a company like that and neither should you!!!! read more

They are very unprofessional. HIred them to do a top to bottom cleaning and then once a week. Paid a large sum of money for the top to bottom cleaning btw. The girl pulled out the kitchen stove ( which thrilled me) but she saw some mouse poo and a long dead dried up mouse and they lost their minds. Ran out of the house like they had been attacked by a herd of mice, and called Diana. She came in and said the girls are freaking out. Here's your money back. We quit. I was shocked to say the least. I thought I hired a professional cleaning company but I guessI hired 3 little girls and their babysitter. Plus they left a huge mess for me to clean up. I had to finish cleaning the stove, and the oven which they had sprayed with cleaner. I had a bigger mess then when they got here. read more
