I had arranged with Greg, to pay monthly payments, to settle his theft of my funds. He was contrite about his deceit, and agreed to this arrangement. Greg also stated he would correct some of his previous inferior work. Needless to say, months have passed, and Greg has made no effort to honor this arrangement! I'm now out of another $1000. This company is responsible for breaking my granite countertop on my outdoor kitchen. It broke in 3 places, smashing my 3 cacti plants. They claim no responsibility. They were hired to re-do my brick. They fired their first crew because the crew wouldn't show up. The ladies in the office were nasty and rude to us. Hector wouldn't and couldn't be bothered to come look at what was happening. We now have bricks falling off and are being told that it isn't their problem.

I asked about this at the time and was told "it's normal" and to wait. I waited and the lawn was worse so I called again and was told this is "normal" and that's it - they don't stand by their work AT ALL and will blank you once they've been paid. I've attached pictures from the initial installaction and the current state of my lawn which is probably 95% dead at this point.

He came out to the house to quote me on a couple of jobs and responded the next day with a very detailed and understandable quote. Celso and I worked through several details together and landed on all the specifics before moving forward. His policy of a 50% deposit is very honest and all managed electronically. Celso is honestly one of the nicest and most communicative contractors I have ever worked with. He built several new fences and gates for me and also coordinated the staining of the new fences as well as an old deck at the property. I highly recommend Rozco's Construction to anyone!
