I had my hair done by Kat and it was a great experience overall. Everyone else is super friendly and we had a very event full conversation. The end result was way better than I expected! I left so happy that I chose to go to her and only wish I would've started going 3 years ago when we got stationed here. She doesn't use traditional acrylic, but gel instead. I then explained how I would just get a regular color and the lady that works there started talking Chinese rolling her eyes yelling at making faces. She cut off about 2 inches too much and used CLIPPERS on my whole head. I got back to hotel and there was long strains of hair she missed and I looked like I was getting ready for a swim meet with a buzzed haircut. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was the worst haircut I've ever had... but she does not know how to cut guys hair. DON'T come here is you're a guy wanting a basic haircut. HORRIBLE experience. She is American, speaks English, (if that matters to anyone) and is super sweet. She will sit down with you and actually listen to what you want and then give her thought based on your hair texture, length and the styles up keep. I love this kind of one on one service. They also offer nail and tanning services, but I have not had that done and cannot speak for those services. The pricing is reasonable for cuts and I always leave satisfied.
