He is very nice, professional, and it was clear he really knew what he was talking about. In the mid-morning light, I could see that several parts of the front of our house looked like the last painter had been running out of paint. Some parts were not painted and splotches that badly needed paint were showing through. I asked Geordie to write an estimate to paint the front of the house, as well as the garage door, after we looked at the other walls and determined the whole house did not need painting right now. We had a railing and trim that needed attention, as well. He was able to recommend a way to protect the concrete parts of the balcony. He power washed parts that needed it, scraped and primed, and did a fantastic job of careful, detailed painting!! Everything was cleaned up when he left and he did a terrific job.
