All the water splashes out of the shower. We are not able to use this shower. We have called the owner and after months of waiting for them to come and try to fix the problem, they finally did. The door lasted 2 weeks and would close completely. After the two weeks the door again has the same issue, it doesn't close. It's a glass barn door shower. We have called to have someone come out to fix it and they kept saying that they are busy and that we have to keep waiting. He brings to our atn we were not available the only week he had in December to fix it because we traveled out of state. We are now in March and the door still has not been fixed! He says he can't come right now because he is busy to call in 2 weeks, well 2 weeks passed and now he says he is in Tampa and he can't get to this side of town. He doesn't have anyone that can fix the door and rather deal with my husband. He doesn't want to deal with me because I told him he just keeps giving us the runaround. It's RIDICULOUS A WHOLE YEAR without being able to use our shower because he doesn't want to send someone to fix something they never installed correctly. Very poor customer service, very rude man! Absolutely one of the biggest wastes of time to date with home contractors. Not only did his helper…read morewalk in my house with a cigarette they measured the space for the shower enclosure wrong and argued that this is how its done. When they brought it into the house damaging my ceiling and set it on the floor it was not even touching the wall. Obviously I was dissatisfied as you can see below this large 250lb piece of glass was anything but stable and installed correctly. He did say that he would replace with the correct size and hardware. Next he came to the house took the freshly installed glass out only to realize that the glass he just ordered and picked up was damaged. After noticing that in my driveway he tells me he is going right all the issues the following week and that he would make it right. Only to ghost me all week and then decide to wash his hands of the project. He did return with a bad attitude to refund me my $$$ hints the second star but as many of you understand now Im forced starting over Sith someone that is going to have to deal with what he has left as far as the holes in the wall and the placement of the glass. All in all this entire ordeal wasted over one month of my time worth well more than the measly $725 and its still not finished. Entrypoint by Perry's stands out as the ONE contractor who did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at the price agreed upon prior to installation. In less then an hour, our home was transformed. The 2 doors look amazing. I still can't get over how simple, fast, and professional everyone at Entrypoint is. They had such exceptional service at such great prices we brought a broken mirrored piece of furniture when we picked up our nightstand tops, he was able to fix the mirrored piece the very same day!
