Being part of an HOA, I was told the inside repairs would be my problem. I had no idea where to turn, or how to start this process, so I reached out to my local FB page. Kevin was one of the first to offer to help, providing his website and even DMing me immediately. I got a flood of comments but chose to give Kevin a call first. This was the best decision I could have made. Kevin was extremely forthcoming, friendly and unbelievable helpful. He took the time to talk with me and even offered to go to my condo asap to look at the damage. He went over the same day and called me immediately with his thoughts and advice. I never felt pressured to work with him or that he was rushing me to make a decision. In fact, it was just the opposite.
