Being part of an HOA, I was told the inside repairs would be my problem. I had no idea where to turn, or how to start this process, so I reached out to my local FB page. Kevin was one of the first to offer to help, providing his website and even DMing me immediately. I got a flood of comments but chose to give Kevin a call first. This was the best decision I could have made. Kevin was extremely forthcoming, friendly and unbelievable helpful. He took the time to talk with me and even offered to go to my condo asap to look at the damage. He went over the same day and called me immediately with his thoughts and advice. I never felt pressured to work with him or that he was rushing me to make a decision. In fact, it was just the opposite. He told me I could call him anytime and ask him any questions I had even if I don't use him. Spoiler alert, I totally used him. A no brainer! From start to finish, Kevin came through for me. He showed up on time, his crew was respectful of my property, he communicated every step of the way, took photos, and even went above at beyond by being the middle man for me with my adjustor and insurance company. I was super stressed at the beginning of this journey but Kevin took all of that off my hands. Kevin and his crew completed all the needed repairs in the upstairs loft and bathroom areas that were affected and were in and out in 3 days tops.
