But unfortunately this company doesn't understand repeat business of word of month referrals to neighbors. The first time they came out was the only decent job they did. Each additional time they came to clean was very disappointing and very half ass. They would show up and rush their work leaving alot uncleaned. The last time they were here to clean my wife talked to them about our dissatisfaction and all they could do was get defensive about it and seemed offended when we explained our expectations for cleaning our home properly. We would most definitely NOT recommend this company what so ever. My personal opinion would be that a different line of work might be better with this kind of business model.
