Our experience with Sergio was extremely disappointing and upsetting. Unable to use a "zero" star
My husband and I have invested over $2,000 in this program, purchased all the recommended tools and equipment, and followed the blueprint we were given. During a recent visit today, Aug 27, we asked where we were in the process and what to expect during our remaining four visits.
Instead of receiving a clear explanation, Sergio became very defensive and confrontational. What should have been a straightforward conversation escalated unnecessarily. He appeared offended by our questions and responded in a way that was intimidating and unprofessional. He bumped my husband with his chest and raised his arms around him to provoke physical altercation. He called my husband a bad word as well. Specifically said "You are a B*** just like your dog Bro" - disgusting
The interaction continued even after it seemed to be over, with Sergio getting out of his car and continuing to spew at my husband while walking all the way back on to the front yard and continued his verbal attack on my husband.
Rather than addressing our concerns about the plan and next steps, the discussion became focused on proving that he was right and that he knew more than we did. As paying customers, we felt our reasonable questions were met with hostility instead of respect.
What concerns me most is that this entire situation started because we asked clarifying questions:
1. What would you say about our dogs behavior as of today His response "Better stable mind".
2. Where are we now in the plan, and what's next? No response specifically to that question, however became defensive, claiming he knew what we were not doing for our dog at home
3. We asked what would you grade him (dog)? His response "a failure" -
Very confusing as initally told our dog now has a better stable mind but graded as a failure. Which seems to be a defensive response rather than professional assesement
Attempts to clarify that contradication led to Sergio becoming extremly defensive and physical with name calling and chest bumping.
I encourage prospective customers to read all reviews carefully, as we noticed others have expressed similar concerns regarding arrogance and defensiveness.
Horrific, unbelievable experience.
